Stosunkowo mały pokój i niepraktyczna łazienka, z udogodnieniami, które mogłyby zostać nieco odnowione. Obsługa sprzątająca mogłaby być nieco bardziej uważna w niektórych miejscach. Mimo to hotel nadal nadaje się na krótki pobyt. Szczególne wyróżnienie za powitanie, naprawdę doskonałe! Personel jest serdeczny i pomocny. Kolejnym plusem jest bliskość komunikacji miejskiej, co ułatwia poruszanie się po okolicy. Nadal polecam ten obiekt.

There are other hotels around under name ATOUR , be careful for addressing and getting location on online maps , actually there is no this hotel name on DIDI app , so easy to get a wrong direction!

This is the third hotel of our tour in China. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is in a very bad place. We walked nearly one kilometre of the road on both sides to find a grocery shop or shop to eat on our first day. There were none except only one restaurant near the shop. The ground floor or the hotel is a complete mess and poor cleanliness. A lot of delivery drivers and rubbish collectors are at the ground level. It was very hard to breathe inside the hotel reception lounge due to people smoking. The reception staff didn't speak English but we could communicate via the translation app. Again this hotel is also apparently in an apartment complex. A lot of delivery drivers rushing to different levels using the lift to deliver food. You feel cigarette smoke is everywhere inside the building. The room we booked was generally okay. However, the people in the adjoining rooms make a loud noise even in the late night. The bathroom water drain was very slow. This place could be much better if they control the smoking and if there are other facilities (shops, etc) nearby. I may not select this hotel again if I come to Beijing.

No matter how small or last-minute our questions were, she handled everything with a warm smile and great professionalism. Her hospitality alone deserves 5 stars! The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The bed was soft and inviting, the amenities were well prepared, and the overall atmosphere felt so warm and home-like. It was the perfect space to unwind after a long day — comfortable, calm, and cozy just as we hoped. Highly recommended! We would absolutely stay here again. Fantastic location, conveniently situated near major tourist attractions. A great selection of restaurants within walking distance. The ambiance is charming, and the front desk staff are exceptionally helpful. The room was spotless, with a beautiful city view. Breakfast offered a nice variety to suit different tastes.

Hotel znajduje się około 10 minut spacerem od wyjścia G ze stacji Airport Express i około 5 minut spacerem od wyjścia B z metra linii 10, po prostu przejdź prosto obok sklepów/apartamentów, w kierunku końca bloku. Wejście jest wąskim przejściem, obok małego stoiska sprzedającego bułki i smażone rzeczy, do recepcji. Po zameldowaniu wjedź windą na 3. piętro, gdzie znajdują się wszystkie pokoje i restauracje. Śniadanie jest bardzo proste i ma ograniczony wybór, tak bardzo, że postanowiłem pominąć ich śniadanie i zjeść w sklepach wzdłuż tego samego bloku, tanio i dobrze. Pokój jest mały, ale wystarczająco czysty, podczas gdy korytarz jest stary. Toaleta/łazienka nie są oddzielone, więc podłoga jest mokra. Dostępne są standardowe udogodnienia. Najlepszą częścią tego hotelu jest lokalizacja, w pobliżu stacji Caoqiao Airport Express i metra. W pobliżu mnóstwo lokalnego jedzenia.

The Four Points by Sheraton South Station has excellent and modern facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was rich and varied. The bedding was comfortable, and a big thanks to Manager Yuki for helping us upgrade our room, providing detailed information, and offering fantastic service. We'll definitely be back.

My stay at Mercure Beijing South Station was absolutely fantastic! I was incredibly satisfied with the overall service, environment, and dining experience. It's definitely a hidden gem near Beijing South Station, offering both great value for money and excellent service quality. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's so close to Beijing South Station that you can walk there, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching high-speed trains or transferring – it saves so much time and hassle. The front desk staff were gentle yet professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, with no delays. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, providing attentive service that made the entire experience comfortable. The guest rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing. The bedding was soft, clean, and fluffy, and the mattress was just right – so relaxing to lie on. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The toiletries were comprehensive and effective, and the facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a high-quality living experience. I have to specifically praise the hotel's breakfast buffet! The variety was truly extensive and complete, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and a good balance of meat and vegetables – so many choices! There were Chinese hot dishes, various congees, steamed buns, noodles, cold appetizers, and a full array of Western bread, cakes, toast, salads, and drinks. The biggest bonus was the live noodle station, where fresh noodles and wontons were made on the spot. The broth was savory and delicious, with rich toppings and an authentic taste. Ingredients were replenished fresh daily, and restocking was quick, so there were never any empty platters. The fruits were fresh and juicy, and the desserts had a delicate texture. The overall taste was light and palatable, not greasy. The restaurant environment was clean and bright, and tables were cleared promptly, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Overall, I could clearly feel the standardized service and meticulous attention to detail from both the HUAZHU and Mercure brands. With its attentive service, clean environment, and consistent dining quality, this hotel is undoubtedly the top choice in the South Station area, whether for business trips, leisure travel, or high-speed rail transfers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Beijing!

Im a solo traveler and its my first ever trip in Beijing. The hotel room I got is cheap and is near the city center. The staff are nice and even gave me welcoming fruit.
