Hotele w: Yanqi Lake/Hongluo Temple area, Pekin

The staff at the hotel were more than helpful and super friendly. The hotel was immaculately clean, the rooms had lovely decor, super comfy bed, and great heating as it was cold and snowy during our trip, a lovely bathroom with a hot shower! We would definitely recommend the afternoon tea in the Chestnut Village for something a little different (shown in the picture) A great area if you wish to visit The Great Wall via Cable Cart, not a far walk to the village where you can take a shuttle bus or a not too challenging walk to the entrance and ticket office.

I took the two elderly people to visit Yanqi Lake. Because I often live in Marriott on business trips, I booked two rooms when I saw Marriott have a two-day package. The front desk service was very good! First of all, the doorman saw that we had brought a wheelchair. He immediately pushed the luggage cart to help us carry the luggage, and kept helping to push it to the room. I forgot to ask his name. I should give encouragement. Then it was shirely. When she booked the room the day before, she asked us in detail about our needs. Although she was not there on the day of our stay, she still arranged very intimately and sent me a message to ask if it was appropriate. When I left the store, Ada also asked for feedback, which was very good. We ate two meals in the Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The first time we raised the problem of green vegetables (the two elderly people had bad teeth). The second time we ate, the green vegetables were specially cooked very soft. We were very touched because the restaurant was busy and did not ask the name of the male manager on the day. Unfortunately, The elders are especially grateful to them! Although the new hotel, the whole service team is very professional and excellent, we will choose Marriott next time.

Nice place, he cares about too many details in the kitchen and the rooms. Highly recommended. Good customer service. The owner very kind and helpful. One thing that I don’t like it the water in the pool not clean.

Overall experience was really good. Just two things to mention here. 1. The hotel doesn’t have a good heating system so we felt cold for the first night we stayed. We complained and the hotel staff offered us to change room, increase temperature for the centralised heating, and they can give an electric heater for our room to get warm. 2. There are nothing nearby to have dinner / lunch. Only 1-2 limited options in the hotel building. We went to nearby 5-6 km but the quality and hygiene drops to a very low level that my wife “lost her appetite” when we went to a ＞4.5/5 Dianping star place.

Kiedy pierwszy raz przyjechałem na Wielki Mur Mutianyu, szukałem hoteli w okolicy na Ctrip. Zdjęcia tego hotelu były całkiem atrakcyjne, a cena nie była wysoka, więc go zarezerwowałem. Byłem w szoku, gdy przekroczyłem bramę. Otoczenie było bardzo dobre. Wszedłem do pokoju. Był niesamowity. Dwa duże łóżka były bardzo wygodne dla trzech osób. Podwórko było tak piękne, jak na zdjęciach. Kluczem były zwierzęta. Widziałem je po raz pierwszy. Były też zjeżdżalnie i trampoliny do zabawy dla dzieci. Był też basen, ale nie był wypełniony wodą. Duża platforma była również niesamowita, z małymi mostkami i płynącą wodą. Chociaż śniadanie nie było w formie bufetu, było również bardzo obfite. Lunch zamówiliśmy osobno. Zjedliśmy dwa posiłki po trzy dania za mniej niż 200 juanów. Było to bardzo opłacalne. Smak był również dobry, ale trochę słony (osobiste odczucie). Pani z recepcji i inni pracownicy byli bardzo serdeczni i uprzejmi. Naprzeciwko hotelu znajdowała się kawiarnia itp. Okolica również była wspaniała. To pierwszy wybór, jeśli planujesz przyjazd do Mutianyu Great Wall!

Very good living experience, it should be one of the newer homestays near Yanqi Lake. The butler is very nice, the service is very intimate, and even breakfast is prepared for adults and children with different content. Very good, the facilities are very new, I will go to their home next time.

Położenie było piękne i spokojne. Pokoje były czyste, wygodne i racjonalnie cenione. Staff był przyjazny. Wyposażenie były świetne, nadaje się dla par lub tych z dziećmi. Były pewne problemy z zarządzaniem kolejką na śniadanie w weekend, ale nic zbyt złego.

超級滿意的一次住宿，打車沒有給我送到指定的地方，但是老闆派人來接我了一趟，幫我拿行李、辦入住、給我送到房間，房間也超級大，視野也好，服務也好。樓下有餐廳，但是也不會影響樓上住宿，很安靜，房間乾淨明亮舒適。祝老闆生意興隆，越來越好

懷柔雅樂軒酒店位置不錯，離懷柔北站和雁棲湖站打車都在10-15分鐘以內，就在雁棲湖旁邊，交通便利卻又鬧中取靜，環境非常宜人。 特別要誇讚前台經理Ada，服務貼心周到，會盡量滿足客人的需求，讓人倍感温暖。 店內供應的椰子雞套餐還可以，裏面的雞肉也很新鮮，肥牛和牛肉丸略一般，但總體來説2個人吃綽綽有餘了。小童套餐沒有用，但看起來挺清淡的也豐富。 早餐品類豐富、包括了中點和西點，味道也很不錯，特別推薦現做的煎餅，和餛飩，很好吃。酒店還會組織豐富多彩的活動，這次時間緊湊沒能參與，下次一定要來好好體驗一番。 總的來説，這家酒店的位置，服務，和性價比不錯，無論是休閑度假還是短期出遊，都是非常值得推薦的選擇。
