I chose the LOUIS High-Altitude Hotel for my trip to Chengdu this time, and my overall stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The room was spacious with fantastic city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The decor is simple yet elegant, and the smart home system was very user-friendly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathtub by the window created a great ambiance, and a bath after a busy day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. The butler service was attentive and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. The soundproofing in the room was also good; despite being in a bustling area, it was very quiet. It's suitable for both couples and friends traveling together. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Chengdu Wenshu Chunxi Road and truly enjoyed my experience. The receptionist team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. I especially want to thank Romeo, who went above and beyond to assist me—he even helped me order snacks online late at night, and everything arrived very quickly! On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an Executive King room. The room was spacious, modern, and very high-tech—everything felt comfortable and well-designed. After returning from Tibet, I booked the hotel again, this time staying in a standard twin room. Although there was no upgrade on the second stay 😄, I was still very happy with the experience. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were also very kind and attentive. Overall, the warm service made me feel very welcome as a traveler. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. However, one employee, named Betty was truly outstanding. Of all the travelers I have done, Betty is the most outstanding employee I have ever met. This trip to Chengdu exceeded my expectations; I was extremely satisfied. The hotel's location is very convenient, making dining and transportation nearby easy. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and their check-in and check-out processes were efficient. They patiently answered my questions about sightseeing routes and local transportation, providing very thoughtful service. The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The layout was spacious and airy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water was readily available, and toiletries were provided. The overall environment was simple and comfortable, with attention to detail and excellent value for money. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu and would recommend it to my friends visiting Chengdu.

Only stayed here for one night because I had to check out early the next morning, but the stay was really comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. I especially liked the decoration — it kept a nice Chinese vibe, and having a tea set table inside the bedroom was a very nice touch. The counter staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was smooth during check-in and check-out. Even though it was a short stay, I had a good experience overall.

This is our third stay at this hotel chain. The service is exceptional. Rooms are ultra clean and modern. Has a foot herbal soak tub after those long walks every day. We got a free upgrade to a massive room. Very convenient to the subway station F Exit and only two stations away from Chungxi Road, where you can shop for everything. We will thoroughly recommend this hotel to all our friends back in Australia.

Last night, after suddenly feeling severe stomach pain, one of the staff members — Mr. Jiuju (久喆) — immediately accompanied me to the hospital. He stayed with me from 4:00 AM until 10:00 AM, handled everything from registration to translation, and never left my side. What he did… even many close friends would not do. When we returned to the hotel, he informed his colleagues about my condition. As I was walking toward the elevator, I suddenly heard fast footsteps behind me. Two staff members came rushing toward me asking with genuine concern: “Are you okay? Do you feel better?” They handed me warm water, offered to bring food, and insisted on helping with anything I needed. Later in the afternoon, the Hotel Manager — Mr. Chen (陈小宝) — personally visited my room to check on my health. He told me something that truly touched my heart: “My colleague who took you to the hospital is off-duty now, but he is very worried about you and asked me to check if you are okay.” I told him I was feeling much better, and I sincerely thanked him for their kindness. The manager also helped arrange food for me, made sure my room was comfortable, and even gave me his personal WeChat for any request — whether cleaning, laundry, or anything else I might need. This is not ordinary service.
