Hotele w: Wenshu Monastery/Longhu Shangcheng Sky Street, Chengdu

The hotel was very nice, I celebrated my birthday there. They decorated the room so well and helped me get a cake. The room is very modern and service is efficient. Would highly recommend staying here

The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended great restaurants. Special thank you to Gina Fu and Zeng who carried our luggage and offered us great food recommendations. They were very friendly. They offered warm water at 49 degrees.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Very modern and clean which was very important to me. Was spacious and had all the amenities. The walls were fairly thin and we could hear our neighbours snoring all night. Everything else was great, ideal location and hot to store our luggage on the last day also. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Chengdu Wenshu Chunxi Road and truly enjoyed my experience. The receptionist team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. I especially want to thank Romeo, who went above and beyond to assist me—he even helped me order snacks online late at night, and everything arrived very quickly! On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an Executive King room. The room was spacious, modern, and very high-tech—everything felt comfortable and well-designed. After returning from Tibet, I booked the hotel again, this time staying in a standard twin room. Although there was no upgrade on the second stay 😄, I was still very happy with the experience. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were also very kind and attentive. Overall, the warm service made me feel very welcome as a traveler. I would definitely love to come back and stay here ag

All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. However, one employee, named Betty was truly outstanding. Of all the travelers I have done, Betty is the most outstanding employee I have ever met. As a matter of fact, if Betty was in the U.S.A. I would have hired her on spot to work at my company. She is truly outstanding. Thanks for being so helpful, Betty.

The room was very clean, tidy, and quiet. Even with the AC on, there was no strange smell, which was great. The front desk staff was also very nice, haha. I really liked the feeling of the greenery outside the window (even if it wasn't real plants 🪴). There are also a lot of fruit stalls nearby, and a noodle shop right outside, which is really convenient.

Ciepła woda i prysznic. Prysznic był świetny. Szybkie Wi-Fi.

Przed wyjazdem poprosiliśmy w recepcji o przedłużenie wymeldowania do godziny 14:00. Na pewno zarezerwuję go ponownie!
