Hotele w: Edinburgh Old Town, Edynburg

This is a great place, right in the heart of Edinburgh. Staff are friendly and the courtyard beds have more privacy than usual hostel bunkbeds, with the way onto the bed being at the end of the bed and a curtain to keep your privacy. Cider tasting was a nice addition.

Ibis Edinburgh Centre Royal Mile - Hunter Square is indeed a real surprise. It exceeds the boring standard of Ibis. We decided to stay at this hotel due to its location. As Diamond member, the hotel upgraded my room and provided all necessary welcome package. Thumbs up 👍! I didn’t expect this from Ibis. The breakfast was extremely rich and good. Another thumbs up! Some deficits to point out: (1) We found bugs in our room, the next day housekeeping did excellent cleaning, (2) The window was a massive issue, it couldn’t be opened widely (until ＜ 1cm). Probably Ibis management can pay better attention in future. Last but not least, front desks and other staffs were very friendly. ☺️

Lokalizacja była świetna do zwiedzania. Chociaż zarezerwowaliśmy pokój dwuosobowy, tak naprawdę mieliśmy 4 łóżka. Pokój był czysty i ciepły. Jedna winda nie działała, ale druga była szybka i wydajna. Bar był dobry w ciągu dnia, ale dość głośny w nocy i nad ranem. Podobała nam się możliwość korzystania z przechowalni bagażu. Zauważyłem, że była pralnia, z której nie musieliśmy korzystać, ale uważam, że to dobry obiekt.

Hotel położony jest w samym sercu Edynburga, u stóp Zamku Edynburskiego. Uniwersytet Edynburski, deptak, Most Jerzego, Victoria Street, popularne sklepy i zamek znajdują się zaledwie 10 minut spacerem od hotelu. Hotel oferuje również wspaniały basen, jacuzzi i saunę. Sala śniadaniowa i kawiarnia są dość duże jak na Edynburg. Personel jest wspaniały, uprzejmy i miły. Obsługa sprzątająca jest doskonała, proaktywnie pytając na korytarzu, czy potrzebujesz wody lub posprzątania pokoju. Pamiętaj tylko, że musisz wpłacić niewielki depozyt w recepcji, aby aktywować numer pokoju podczas rezerwacji; to bardzo wygodne. Za hotelem znajduje się również Sainsbury's, co sprawia, że ​​zakupy są niezwykle wygodne.

Very convenient location and spacious rooms. Just that nwarer to the weekends, the noise level from the bars can be quite loud. Otherwise, hotel is clean and great.

This hotel is amazing! As you can see from the photo, the view was beautiful!!! Also, I can't forget how fluffy their pillows were, haha. I'm excited to book a room at this hotel this summer.

Amazing price for a central hostel. Easy friendly check in. Staying in girls dorm bunks which had curtains. Unfortunately they didn't reach to the end so not as private as expected. No lockers in our room only cages under the bed and you had to pay for a padlock so didn't bother. Nothing got stolen. Everyone very friendly. Rooms basic but comfy and roomy. Showers and loos like indoor portaloos. Breakfast nextdoor was ok. Tasty and just enough. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location and very clean room... I had a private room which was not in the main building but was very cosy and safe...

Mixed experience – not quite 4-star quality for the price I recently stayed at the Edinburgh Marriott Hotel and, unfortunately, had to request a room change upon arrival. The first room didn’t feel like what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel, especially at nearly £200 per night. It was very basic—no carpet, no robe, and no slippers. The room felt empty, more like a budget option than a premium stay. We were moved to another room, which did have a carpet, but it was essentially the same situation—still no slippers or robe etc. That said, there were a few positives: the location is great, the breakfast was really nice, and the pool itself was a good facility. Overall, I might stay here again, but only if the price reflects the actual experience. At this rate, I expected a bit more attention to detail and comfort.

Stanza piccola ma funzionale, molto pratico perché è super in centro. Colazione poca a buffet ma si poteva prendere un piatto a scelta tra quelli offerti dal pub.
