"Moim jedynym rozczarowaniem było to, że nie zarezerwowałem dłuższego pobytu. Pierwotnie zarezerwowałem dwa inne hotele na 4 noce, zanim przeniosłem się tutaj na ostatnią noc w Bejrucie. Wszystkie były w prawie identycznych cenach, jednak różnica w standardach była ogromna. Hotel Napoleon był zdecydowanie najlepszy. Personel recepcji był najbardziej profesjonalny, uprzejmy, sprawny i najlepiej ubrany. Pokój był zdecydowanie największy, łącznie z łóżkiem, i miał więcej udogodnień oraz nowsze urządzenia. Łazienka wydawała się prawie nowa i była bardzo duża, a dodatkowym atutem był balkon na 8. piętrze. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń, jedynymi mniej znaczącymi elementami były zepsuta suszarka do włosów, woda podgrzewała się około 5 minut, a Wi-Fi było trochę powolne. Jednak nawet pomimo tych drobnych niedogodności, był to zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w Libanie za tę cenę i mogę go szczerze polecić wszystkim."
