We were booked into a double room, even after asking for a twin bedded room. The double room had a good sized shower room which would have been ideal, but the double bed not. I have spinal issues need my own bed. We were moved to another room, the beds were fantastic, however, the shower room was made for a very tiny person. Sitting on the loo, one had to be careful how you got up. I banged my cheek, the sink was that close. The room was clean and well presented. Shower room let it down. We booked breakfast. The first morning it was lovely as it was in the dining room and set out with white table linen. The second morning, the buffet was set out but we were instructed to sit in the bar area. This is all very well, but it appeared to be the owners office, he had one table taken up and people were coming and going. If I am paying good money, I feel that I should have been allowed to sit in the DINING ROOM area away from the daily grind of hotel business. The hotel appears to close up at night and people let themselves in and out but the bar and restaurant were closed. Would I stay here again - probably not.

This hotel delivers nothing extra typ the experience. The room was equipped with just one proper towel and a few small ones extra in the wardrobe. However very clean. Beds uncomfortable and the breakfast that they charge 12 euro extra for pp was a true disappointment. I hope,for the hotels sake, that this lack of service was just depending on the current covid situation. Otherwise they need to shape up.

Good hotel with polite staff and specially resturant staff who take care of your food as a vegetarian ....rooms are good with required amenities...very good option for family and business trips. Good options available for food in breakfast for vegetarian and main thing the hotel staff is comfortable with english so no problem in conversation with them.Play area for kids also a good thing

This is a good hotel for the city. Rooms are comfy and clean, housekeeping staff lovely, and breakfast plenty. Not the best Ibis Styles I've been in, but quite good for Belfort (the Novotel there is a bit below average too). My only reservation is the male staff at the reception, who are a bit stiff and could do with a bit more warmth. But in these difficult times, everyone was trying their best to make us feel homely, which was great.

Hotel is OK, the price is average, not cheap. But I don't know why I got up in the middle of the night and it was very cold. It was not until 5 o'clock. Due to the time difference, the phone has not stopped, it has to deal with domestic matters, but there is no electricity, it is dark, cold, and too much.

The hotel is well located. You can go to the fort or to the city walk. It arrives in 10 minutes or less. The hotel has parking. If you are looking for a room in the first floor, because there is a lot of humidity and really smells bad. The hotel needs a refurbishment, it is quite old.
