"The place it's lacking the touch of Sun1 as we used to the other places in South Africa. Booked on the 23-24 but l am very unhappy. Aircon not working Floor carpets are too old and they need to be replaced. Mosquito too much couldn't sleep properly after paying R695.65 ."

And the food was very amazing. Also nice pool gym and squash court. Tylko zalecam mieć międzynarodowy ładowarka z szerszymi ładunkami. Ogólnie wspaniały personel usługi i rozległe obiekty. Więcej jak Orlando styl kurortu, który lubiliśmy odkąd jesteśmy z Florydy."

"Miejsce brakuje dotyku Sun1, jak przyzwyczajaliśmy się do innych miejsc w Afryce Południowej. Zarezerwowano na 23-24, ale jestem bardzo nieszczęśliwy. Aircon nie działa Dywan podłogowy jest zbyt stary i trzeba je zastąpić. Moskwa zbyt dużo nie mogła prawidłowo spać po zapłacie R695.65 ."

"I have been in and out of this hotel for years. They have just revamped the place and it looks amazing. Their staff always been kind. Anything I need there are ready and willing to help. They have awesome food. There swimming pool and the hotel atmosphere is out of this world especially during there marvelous parties. The vibe is the best. "Checked in and had to wait for an hour for electricity no updates provided my room was near the power room so I could hear doors opening and closing and the electricity physically clicking and tripping. On and off on and off. When I settled into bed with light off, I received a knock at the door by guest asking me to open the gate for them as they did not receive a gate key. I a single female then had to get up put on clothes and go outside to let their guest out. I got over the lights shining into room and gaps in front door leading to courtyard with a blind that was blowing forward and basically showing me inside in any state. The electricity issue was happening consistently and could hear them walking in and out constantly. Wednesday I had a big presentation and got up at 05:30 to no electricity or update. I had to call them for information and was offered a flash light. I did my presentation with my hair undone due to not being able to use my hair machine. The owner found me in the smoking section and apologised worried he would be receiving a 1 star. I told him I wouldnt as I am in the service industry and him apologising is good enough. However I was further disappointed by more electricity issues and no update. I had to get ready with front door open and all blinds open to do my hair and makeup. Guests were walking past requesting updates, we had to reach out to them. No information provided. Shocking."
