The only minor area for improvement is that the air conditioning took a bit long to cool the room. As for the location, it's diagonally opposite the train station, which is very close. This hotel, Benxi Grand Hotel, is right next to the highway exit. This is their way of treating guests. Anyway, I've never been pressured to give any conditions based on a deposit in all these years. The room is close to the elevator, and perhaps because of Children's Day, at 11 pm, a child was making noise outside for half an hour without anyone paying attention, and adults could be heard talking clearly. The room is also small, with nothing special except for individually wrapped towels. Cleaning is haphazard and inadequate; they don't even care about the water dispenser. Including breakfast, it costs 377 yuan. At this price, you're only paying for the location and parking. It's a 20-minute walk to find food. Aside from the convenience of staying near the highway exit, I wouldn't recommend it."

The room was very clean; the mattress and pillows were on the softer side but not uncomfortable, and I slept very well. "The hotel is conveniently located opposite Benxi Station. However, the interior environment, cleanliness, and facilities are really quite poor. The carpet was stained everywhere, and the room had a strong, unpleasant odor—it was hard to tell if it was sweat, body odor, or the smell of the fixtures. The room was incredibly small; with two suitcases open, there was practically no space left. The layout was a long, narrow corridor with poor soundproofing. The door closer was malfunctioning; it startled me when I closed it. When the door next door closed, it felt like an earthquake inside, especially at night. The dryer in the laundry room was broken; after nearly two hours, it had no effect whatsoever. They bought a new one but left it unused—shouldn't they have replaced it quickly? It's a service issue. The front desk staff also lacked service; when I asked to borrow a phone charger, they simply said they didn't have one, expressionless, and offered to go out and buy one. Overall, it wasn't a very good experience."
