"The hotel is at best 3 stars. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The spoken language by hotel staff is Turkish only. It is in an old house and the facilities have not been upgraded at all. With a little effort, it could have been converted in a charming place. There is no air conditioning or fan in the room. Bathroom is extremely small and not updated. The hotel is in a residential area. The market is about 10 minutes walk with a steep downhill and uphill walk. The breakfast is very basic."

"Best meal in Turkey!! I was able to upgrade my room to have private toilet in my room, that looked out the whimsical garden in the back through my window, which was unexpected bonus. Well updated old friendly place that brings a little kid out of me in a fairy world. ^&^ Another bonus was having beautiful, healthy, best tasting homemade Turkey food in light rain to make the total cozy home feeling in romantic and rustic setting. ^&^"

"Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The hospitality was poor, and the staff showed little concern for the problems we encountered. The rooms were poorly maintained, with several issues that should have been addressed long ago. The ceiling was leaking during our stay, causing significant inconvenience. In addition, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which made it uncomfortable to stay there. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and inadequate customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly resolved."
