"The note of merit goes to the staff, very friendly and always present. Maximum cleanliness. The rooms are not the best, they would need renovation, but everything is clean and the towels are changed daily. Air conditioning more than satisfactory. The structure itself is not bad, you can see that it is suitable for colonies, there are large areas that should be re-evaluated. Food at the restaurant, like breakfast and dinner, really excellent, abundant and always present and replaced (and I am not a pain in the ass about food). Dinner from 7:30 pm to 9 pm, we went at 8:45 and found food as at 7:30 pm, service and friendliness of the waiters. A bit of entertainment is missing that we have seen present (first time in Bibbona) in almost all the structures, especially in the evening, Having large spaces you can certainly add entertainment. Beautiful beach, equipped, clean, well-stocked bar. In short, nothing is missing. The price is a bit high compared to the offer. However, it is very good there"

Relais Sant'Elena

"We started our honeymoon at Relais Sant’Elena in Bibbona, and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone who worked there was so kind and accommodating, and it truly set the tone for the rest of our trip. The property is incredibly relaxing, and the food was outstanding. Everything served is local to the estate or region, and you can really taste the care that goes into every dish. Breakfast was one of the highlights. I had read wonderful things about it beforehand, and it exceeded every expectation. You can tell nothing goes to waste and every ingredient is used thoughtfully. Dinner, available only to guests, changes daily and was consistently delicious. Our room, one of the smaller options, was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, though next time I would love to splurge on a slightly larger one. We purchased several of their products at the end of our stay, including the shampoo and olive oil, and were even gifted their lovely body lotion. From the complimentary aperitivo upon arrival to the tranquil pool with poolside service, every detail felt special. One extra delight was the old mill (visible from the estate) that was within walking distance and open during aperitivo hour — sipping our drinks there with its beautiful views was such a cool plus to the whole experience. We also loved using the bikes to explore the nearby town one morning. Before our stay, the staff was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations, which made planning so easy. The prices were also very fair for the quality and experience. We did not know much about the Bolgheri region before visiting, but we fell in love with it, especially the wines. I cannot recommend Relais Sant’Elena enough and truly hope to return someday."

"Jest to ponad trzy gwiazdki, bardzo czyste pokoje i łazienki (dziewczyna, która sprzątnęła nasz pokój był bardzo dobry i miły). Śniadanie, zarówno słodkie, jak i słone, nie brakowało niczego, pani Anna i wszyscy pracownicy zawsze byli bardzo uprzejmi i ostrożni wobec klienta. Hotel w pobliżu plaży, parking wewnętrzny dostępny do płatności, (na miejscu jest również parking do płatności 14/9) spędziliśmy cztery dni maksymalnej relaksu."

Hotel Riva Etrusca

"English: I'll start with the positive features, as it is definitely a nice hotel, structured as if it were a small village developed around the pool and the cleaning is excellent. Our room also had a nice terrace with a table with chairs and a clothes horse to dry our clothes. Upon our arrival we were told to wait by the pool for about ten minutes only because the room was already ready, but the supervisor's approval was missing. In reality, we waited more than an hour; it wouldn't have been a problem if, in all honesty, they had told us to come back calmly!!! Apart from this, I would like to sincerely advise you to stop offering dinner because it is unspeakable. The cost is very cheap, certainly, but it doesn't justify the method used. Basically, we line up in front of a lady who, alone, serves a plate of pasta and a second course, without even an alternative proposal. The food was not bad, but it felt like a work canteen and even the slices of meat were counted (3 slices of pork loin per person). Bread was scarce since our arrival, but the lady insisted on waiting for it to finish completely (certainly not a hospitable image). The same technique was used with the fruit salad: they waited for it to finish completely and then went to remake some, making it on the spot (it was very noticeable because the pieces of fruit were large and the sugar hadn't had time to dissolve). In short, mine is not intended to be a negative or judgmental review, but merely a piece of advice that I hope will be taken into consideration to avoid the good image of the structure being tarnished by the food and certain completely questionable choices. Breakfast can be Italian style with brioche or cappuccino OR InterContinental served on a tray (I attach the photo)."
