"We cannot praise this gem of a hotel enough, especially with the wonderful host Nuri. The hotel is fantastically designed with bohemia designs and baroque details. It could also fit like a retro 1930 jazz building. I have never seen such a beautiful designed building. The entrance, the lounge in it's wood and black and red tones compliment everything. Our room the Robbie Williams is a sumptuous suite, beautiful bed, jacuzzi, waterfall shower and views of the mountains. Breakfast was like an artistic painting, meticulously spread out on a magnificent table. Nuri the host and manager is a credit to the place, she is amazing and so helpful and friendly, we already see her as a friend for life. And we will be back. One of the most beautiful places we have stayed in ever."

"Have eaten out or had a drink at the hotel for many years, first time staying there this year under new ownership. Pluses: Fabulous location; very good value as a solo traveller, good comms with online booking, room nice. Minuses: no aircon (rarely needed up here but we were in a heatwave that night) The biggest plus & minus was the restaurant - in 2025 I would expect at least 1 vegetarian option for a main course. I asked for, and got, a very nice tortilla...but then had to ask for something, anything, to go with it (no bread or fries for example). But the waiter/manager was very good - and quick - in remedying the situation. So the staff excelled themselves which is a great plus - but consider putting a vegetarian option on the menu (especially as it's not just vegetarians who will eat it if its nice & healthy!) - plus better profit margins for the hotel without meat or fish costs!"

"Wszyscy mamy posiłek w tej restauracji byliśmy bardzo mile widziani i zjedliśmy bardzo dobrze. dania są bardzo dobre i dość kopiować serwer jest bardzo delikatny .on wróci do niego jeśli jesteś mała, ponieważ jesteśmy dość daleko Dobre stosunek jakości do ceny"

"Location is great. Customer service is just absolutely terrible. Accidentally booked our stay for 2025, realized immediately and tried to cancel. I admit we did not book with free cancellation but given the booking is 370 days away you would have thought a hotel could show some goodwill and issue a refund as they have no rooms available for the same price this year. They have refused to do so at every opportunity. I have been to this hotel before and can say that location is great, however I will refuse to come here again."
