Die 44 Teilnehmer der Seniorengruppe waren ausnahmslos sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind groß, täglich sauber gereinigt. Teilweise wurden die Matratzen unterschiedlich bewertet, von hart bis sehr weich. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich, leere Auslagen wurden schnell nachgefüllt. Das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Leere Teller wurden schnell abgeräumt. Das Abendessen wurde in buffetform angeboten, vom Hotel-/Küchenchef jeden Abend als Themenangebot für die Hauptspeisen angekündigt. Sehr umfangreiches, auch regionales Angebot, wie z. B. Heidschnuckenspezialitäten. Das Personal war auch zu einem Späßchen aufgelegt. Alle würden gerne wieder zu einem Aufenthalt das Hotel besuchen.
