"Checked in at 12:30am. After a long day travelling I asked the front desk if I could extend my checkout by 1 hour. I was told no and if I wanted more time I would have to pay for another full day! Room was tired, smelly and carpet worn to the threads. I have stayed here in the past several times and really enjoyed it, but either managment has changed or they have just let things slip. A real shame."

Śniadanie było bardzo ciężkie - gotowane i bardzo wypełnione. Pokoje są super - bardzo duże i urządzone wokół basenu. Nie mogłem poprosić o coś lepszego."

The bed and linens were good for a 2 night stay. We just needed a place to stay while we toured the area. Havelock where the postal boat tour is just a 35 minute drive away. There is a Countdown grocery store right across the street which was convenient. There are no restaurants within walking distance."

"This is our favourite motel! We have been coming for three years now and we always receive a warm welcome. Our room (we always request the same one) is light and airy and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious and is well equipped for all our needs. The staff are amazing - especially Shaun, who runs the motel. We are very happy to recommend it. It is very convenient for the town and has a supermarket close by."
