"It is a real shame when you arrive at your ski location and then don't get the room combination you have booked for years and ordered again last time. It is true that we were given a different room name in the confirmation message, but without mentioning the difference to the reservation. It is particularly unfortunate when the manager of the hotel says very arrogantly and condescendingly: "We made no mistake" and otherwise does not care about the guest's discomfort and feeling of being disturbed. The confirmation given does correspond to the room combination now offered, but a note that the rooms are different to those in previous years and as requested would have been very nice and, in our opinion, to be expected. Another striking feature was the bills, which were repeatedly criticized, as one time there was wine that had not been consumed, another time breakfast despite having booked full board (?) - Anyone who thinks evil is a scoundrel, hopefully not a system! In any case, we have drawn our conclusions and decided that this was our last stay at Burg Vital and have booked another hotel for the next season, which welcomed us with open arms. We wish you luck, but unless the attitude and service to guests changes, one star after another will burn out!"

"Hospitality is lived here. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt welcome. We had booked the weekend through DeinDeal. It included a lovely double room including half board. The food was delicious and consisted of several courses. Various very fine salads and another starter from the buffet, soup, main course and dessert were served. Cheese selection from the buffet. The staff were very attentive and friendly, we enjoyed it. Great breakfast buffet! Nothing was left to be desired. Rooms were clean and functional. We had a view of the beautiful garden with pool."

"Pozytywne uwagi po pierwsze: personel hotelu jest bardzo przyjazny i kompetentny. Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra ...Wychodzisz z drzwi i znajdujesz się w środku pięknego krajobrazu. Najważniejszym punktem hotelu jest duży centrum wellness z basenem wewnętrznym, który prowadzi do pięknego nieskończonego basenu na zewnątrz, z widokiem na spektakularne widoki na góry. Obiad jest również dobry, same menu nie ma zbyt wiele wyboru dla wegetarian. Czego brakuje jednak bardzo, mini-bar w pokoju, najwyraźniej, aby utrzymać standard ECO. Oferta przez recepcję do utrzymania przywiezionych produktów chłodno jest skomplikowana. To również dotyczy braku urządzeń do produkcji kawy i herbaty w pokoju. Można wynająć maszynę Nespresso z 4 (cztery) kapsułkami do kawy za Euro 15. --. Bardzo niezwykłe dla hotelu 4-star. W sumie, cieszyliśmy się naszym pobytem i możemy go polecić."

"To był wyjątkowy pobyt. Zarezerwowaliśmy wcześniej, gdzieś w grudniu, na nasz pobyt na początku czerwca pobyt na naszych wakacjach rowerowych z Belgii do Włoch. Jednak gdzieś pod koniec stycznia i na początku lutego hotel zdecydował – ze wszystkich uzasadnionych powodów – o skróceniu dni otwarcia na wiosnę (tradycyjny okres poza sezonem) i zamknięciu w niedziele i poniedziałki. Zarezerwowaliśmy przyjazd w poniedziałek. Ponieważ w dniu naszego pobytu nie byliśmy elastyczni, kierownik hotelu przygotował dla nas pokój, osobiście ciepło nas powitał i odprowadził do naszego pokoju. Spędziliśmy bardzo relaksującą noc w hotelu, w którym byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi. Szczególne doświadczenie z wieloma podziękowaniami dla menedżera Tomasa."

"The location is really great. Note that you have to drive up the mountain. I would really be careful here, as it gets very narrow in places. The hotel itself is great, the rooms invite you to linger and relax. We slept very comfortably and were able to relax well! The wellness options are also great. A walk in the garden is also food for the soul. The prices are appropriate, however, and you have to pay for this quality. Only the breakfast did not live up to this high standard. Nevertheless, the resort can be clearly recommended! Tip: Park opposite the hotel. These parking spaces are completely free, unlike the parking garage!"
