"I booked Alpstadt Hotel and had to cancel just a few hours later due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite this, I was charged the full €180. Their rigid cancellation policy shows no flexibility or understanding—just pure greed. It’s clear they care more about money than their customers. Avoid if you expect fair treatment."

"It is a real shame when you arrive at your ski location and then don't get the room combination you have booked for years and ordered again last time. It is true that we were given a different room name in the confirmation message, but without mentioning the difference to the reservation. It is particularly unfortunate when the manager of the hotel says very arrogantly and condescendingly: "We made no mistake" and otherwise does not care about the guest's discomfort and feeling of being disturbed. The confirmation given does correspond to the room combination now offered, but a note that the rooms are different to those in previous years and as requested would have been very nice and, in our opinion, to be expected. Another striking feature was the bills, which were repeatedly criticized, as one time there was wine that had not been consumed, another time breakfast despite having booked full board (?) - Anyone who thinks evil is a scoundrel, hopefully not a system! In any case, we have drawn our conclusions and decided that this was our last stay at Burg Vital and have booked another hotel for the next season, which welcomed us with open arms. We wish you luck, but unless the attitude and service to guests changes, one star after another will burn out!"

"It was in the whole very beautiful. nice reception, friendly staff, beautiful rooms. The food was excellent. It was also very good that you could take his dog to dinner. Of course not in all rooms. I just didn't think it was so great that you had to sit so separately. I felt something lost. Of course it wasn't that in the terrace, you sat with the other people. But otherwise really to recommend further."

"Stäfeli Hotel provided guest with such an exceptional hospitality. The services provided were so professional, personalized and genuine to the point that I felt like I was staying in my family or friend’s house. I stayed in room 27 and it was furnished to high standard. The hotel has a top-notch spa, with incredible swimming pool nicely attended to by a staff named Min Mang Shapon. The hotel front desk staff Veronika genuinely and warmly welcomed guests. The hotel staff anticipated the guest needs and went above and beyond to make guest have a memorable experience. Amongst many examples was arriving at the restaurant one evening without my reading glasses to look through the menu. I got up to go back to my room to get the glasses, but the waiters told me to relax as they provided me with reading glasses of different ranges to choose from. That was amazing hospitality! They provided personal comfort and connection in their thoughtful and proactive actions. The dinner was amazing and all thanks Chef Gitti who also happened to be the owner. The waiters Davor, Sunam, Thomas fostered a sense of personal connection and quite frankly exceeded all expectations. There was fantastic breakfast with waiter called Garry attentively anticipating the guest needs. This was followed by a generous afternoon snack. The hotel has one of the most relaxed atmospheres I have ever come across in a guesthouse. The owner Gitti and her daughter went above and beyond to make guest have a memorable experience. The entire staff are quite frankly an asset to that establishment. I could easily write a whole book on how incredible this hotel experience was."
