The hotel has a great location with excellent surrounding amenities, comprehensive facilities, and incredibly professional, warm, and attentive staff! There's a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient (and I think it represents the best of Xinjiang cuisine). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bole."

Breakfast and à la carte options are abundant, colorful, and offer a wide variety of flavors. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it super convenient for getting around. You can even see the lake from the fifth-floor terrace. The complimentary afternoon tea was also a lovely and generous touch."

"To be honest, the hotel facilities are very good, but the breakfast is very poor. I don't know who designed the TV wall in the room. It's so ugly. When the sliding doors on both sides are closed, the TV is completely blocked. When you open it, you have to walk sideways from the living room to the bedroom; when you insert the room card, the curtains will automatically close. When you calm down, the toilet suddenly says: Welcome to use the Xiaoai toilet. For these problems, I suggest the boss to bring the management team to experience it in person. It cost so much money to repair it, don't be fooled by the contractor like this. I especially praise Manager Ai and Zhang Ning at the front desk. They are very enthusiastic to guests and try their best to solve these small problems of inadequate facilities."

The landscaping is still under construction, and there are no signs or other signage. The rooms are small, but the yard is large. There were particles in the water from the sink faucet; I've already reported this to the front desk. I hope the hotel will investigate and clean the pipes and equipment as soon as possible. Parking was chaotic, the facilities were basic, and it certainly didn't live up to a 5-star hotel's brand image. The breakfast melon wasn't fresh, and the selection was very ordinary. It was worse than what you'd get at a B&B."

"The hotel service was absolutely amazing, truly the best service and breakfast we had on our Xinjiang trip. When I called the front desk at night to ask for two extra bottles of water, they surprisingly delivered warm water, and even upgraded us for free to a room with the best view! Breakfast was divine; the cheese bao (bun) was incredibly delicious, and you could even take coffee to go. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake. Oh, the only downside was that out of the two pillows, one was too high and the other too firm, which isn't ideal for those who prefer soft or low pillows."

The soundproofing is particularly excellent; you can barely hear any outside noise once the door is closed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without disturbances. Cleanliness: The entire room was spotless. There were no stains or water marks on the bedding, sink, shower, or even in the corners of the toilet. The linens were dry and odorless, and the wash area was clean and bright. As a family of three, we felt completely at ease. Service: The staff at this new hotel were gentle and attentive. Check-in was efficient, and our requests were promptly handled. The washing machines in the laundry room were particularly efficient and easy to use. Our entire family trip was comfortable, with no complicated procedures. Environment: The overall environment is fresh and simple. The room has good natural light and feels spacious, not cramped. It's quiet and livable, very suitable for families traveling with children. Our overall stay was exceptionally satisfying. This is the best Rujia I've ever stayed at! Highly recommended!"

We visited during the Dragon Boat Festival, and they even had special activities like fan painting and sachet making, which really added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting to Sayram Lake, making it a great value for a stopover."
