"My stay at the City Hotel in Sayram Lake far exceeded my expectations this time! The hotel's scenery is definitely top-tier within Sayram Lake. The top floor offers lake views, and they even kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room upon check-in. Opening the window, we were directly facing Sayram Lake – the view was absolutely stunning. I must especially praise the hotel restaurant; it completely shattered my preconceptions about hotels in scenic areas! From afternoon tea and breakfast all the way to late-night snacks, every meal was prepared with great care, without any shortcuts. After coming back from exploring the lake, with strong winds blowing outside, the hotel also provided all-day beverages, a truly thoughtful detail. The small details in the room's decor were also incredibly touching. Many thoughtful designs are rarely seen even in the numerous star-rated hotels I've stayed in. The bathroom was equipped with disinfectant wipes, and the washbasin even had a countertop trash organizer, which is very female-friendly. Special thanks to the front desk lady for her warm service! Staying here made visiting Sayram Lake incredibly convenient. My child said they had never experienced such good service at a hotel. Overall, it was great value for money, and I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Sayram Lake."

The guest rooms are uniquely decorated and even have a fireplace-like humidifier! I highly recommend the foot massage at the hotel – the technique is amazing! Even better than professional foot massage parlors outside, I definitely wanted to extend my session! In the evening, I had a cocktail mixed by a handsome Xinjiang guy at the second-floor restaurant – a must-have for de-stressing after a long day of driving! In short, the hotel's design and services perfectly complemented my trip to Sayram Lake – perfect!"
