The layout of the newly renovated home is ideal for entertaining: - Main entry level has the 2-car garage (with a 240V, level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger), mud/laundry room, gourmet kitchen for the culinary-inclined guests, spacious countertops, modern Miele appliances, ample cookware and equipment, dining room (seats up to 8), 4 barstools located at the kitchen breakfast island, living room is outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV with a sound bar, half bath, and main floor master with king bed and full ensuite with double vanity, standing tub and steam shower. Hard wood floors line the entire main level. 4 King bedrooms (1 w/additional double/twin bunks) are upstairs and 1 King bedroom in lower level. All bedrooms have ensuite baths. The main level is for living and enjoying the river views! Perfect set up for family reunions! Parking available for up to 4 vehicles. (No RV's or trailers.) There is an additional partial kitchen on the lower level with sink, cabinets and kitchen table. The pool/ping-pong table and hot tub will entertain everyone after a tough day on the slopes, bike path or river! 8 bikes are included in the summertime for our guests use. No need to rent bikes!
