Hiking paths can be accessed right across the street. Kitchen and powder room were renovated at the end of 2024.Paint, flooring, bathrooms, washer/dryer and furniture were all updated in the fall of 2021. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bath. For additional guests there is a queen pull out couch in the living room with a memory foam mattress. Open concept living area with dining room that seats six. One car attached garage.The home has a membership at the Homestead Court Club and it will be made available for use on rentals up to 2 weeks. The club has an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and gym.2-week max rental during ski season.
