„Extremely close to the Longmen Luoyang train station. Turn right out of the station, cross under the overpass, and you'll see the green sign about 300m away. The property is modern and well maintained, with none of the state cigarette smell that Chinese hotels often have. The room was comfortable with plenty of outlets and even a mini fridge! Water pressure was good and TreSemme brand shampoo and conditioner were available. Breakfast was good in both variety and quality. Vegan options included steamed corn, sweet potatoes, fruit, cold salad, braised tofu, and an oatmeal station with hot soymilk. There were also vegetable buns and youtiao but I don't know if those were vegan. Theres a basic gym and self-serve laundry room. It was nice to walk into the lobby after a cold day and warm up with the complimentary tea available. A taxi to Longmen grottoes took about 15 minutes and cost 10元. A Didi to Shaolin temple took about 1 hour by expressway and cost 190元. Overall I'd recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again.”

„Tucked in a quiet area yet near to the walking street. The owner is very nice to help us check the local tour options and patiently explained the details. She even arranged her staff to take us to the pick up point as we had to leave early the next day. It’s a pity that we stayed for one night as we had to rush back to Xi’an. Wished we had stayed longer! Definitely recommended place to stay in Luoyang 藏在一个安静的区域里，却离步行街很近。店主非常热心，帮我们查看当地的旅游行程，并耐心地为我们讲解细节。她也安排员工在第二天一早送我们到接送点，因为我们要早早离开。很可惜只住了一晚就得赶回西安，真希望能多住几天！这绝对是洛阳非常值得推荐的住宿地点。”

„We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Ramada hotel at Luoyang. The staff is really friendly and their service is top notch. The Family room is exactly what we need for our trip. The little tipi tent is a nice touch and our kids really like it. The room is very clean. I would say the picture on the website does not do justice to the room we are staying. And it has enough room for our kits to stretch their legs for a bit. The breakfast and buffet dinner are both amazing. The location is great, close to the tourist area and the busy section, but not too noisy. The shopping center and a supermarket next door works really well for us. We were able to get little snacks for kids fairly easily. There’s no shortage of food options nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we travel to Luoyang again!”

„Five stars for this pet-friendly hotel! I drove to Luoyang with my dog and was initially worried about finding suitable accommodation and looking after my furry friend, but all my concerns vanished after checking in. The hotel environment is elegant and tidy, and the room hygiene is excellent. The bedding and floors were spotless and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest plus was the owner, who was incredibly gentle and kind. When we went sightseeing and couldn't take our dog, they offered to look after him for free. They took meticulous care of him throughout, showing great patience, and our dog wasn't shy at all. It's rare to find such an accommodating and pet-loving owner. The value for money and service are both outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Luoyang, and I highly recommend it to all friends traveling with pets!”

„Special thanks to Ms. Rachel and Mr. Zhangwenyi for everything you have done for us from the first day we arrive until the last day we left. Ms. Rachel is so helpful and well managed. My friend left her mobile on the hotel's shuttle to Luoyang high speed train. Ms. Rachel quickly responded to WeChat immediately when I told her. She came by herself and RAN to give me a mobile that I was waiting for in front of the entrqnce. We got the mobile before the train left, on time. Totally 15 mins!! She saved us. I don't know how to say thank you to her. I really appreciate that. We stayed at Mercure Luoyang Downtown for 3 nights. The room is super clean, the bed and pillows are so comfortable. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. Laundry is tidy, clean, and trendy. Breakfast is a variety, western and Chinese menu changes everyday. The location is walkable to shopping malls and park nearby. I'd like to give more than 5 stars if I can. We have a pleasure time .Highly recommend.”

„Was very happy to find such a great modern hotel not far from Luoyang Longmen station. Location: relatively not far from metro station, but if you would like to go by foot with luggage, be ready that the road is not luggage-friendly. Picked that location to be close to high-speed railway station, and it was very convenient to get there. Breakfast: amazing, have all required types of food, everything is delicious. Other conveniences: small sports gym and laundry room are very easy to use. On the first floor next to reception you will find free snacks and tea, that is very convenient. Attractions: easy enough to get to main attractions of the city by public transport/taxi, didn’t have problems with it. Around hotel there is s lot of tasty restaurants. Staff: people in the hotel are very friendly and can share information if needed. Completely recommend this hotel.”

What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!

GGośćGreat find with great staff. We booked a twin room and had a spa jacuzzi in it. Huge sunken bath. Excellent showering facilities and just a quirky but stylish room on the 16th floor. The staff here are just great. We don’t speak Mandarin and most didn’t speak English but we all figured things out and just had a superb stay. The breakfast. The breakfast is just other worldly. So many cuisines and wonderful staffing. Thanks for two English guys for making our stay so easy and delicious.

The location is both good (walking distance to Longmen Grottoes) and bad (no direct link to motor road; so need staff to help dragging luggage over rough surface for hundreds of metres to the main road). The rooms were near 5-star standard; but windows are mostly facing bad view. The breakfast spread needs to improve to match the hotel & room standard. In addition, how could a proper hotel telling guests no fried egg could be served due to the electric pan was out of order..... The front desk staff was helpful. Thank you.

GGośćWe booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

GGość門口很大，位置也在火車站步行十分鐘的位置，很好找。綠色自助酒店，應該是新開的設施都是新的。有洗衣機烘乾機咖啡豆漿機和温礦泉水這點好評。華住會會員送早餐，還挺好吃。房間乾濕分離空調給力。送的一次性的毛巾很厚，刷牙用的一次性杯子帶包裝很乾凈。我們一家子住的比較滿意。性價比超高的一家酒店。唯一不滿意的就是床單打掃的不乾淨。入住的時候發現床單上有好幾根遺留的毛，不是頭髮的那種。讓人心裏不怎麼舒服

The receptionist , Ms Chang Ming Ming was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was so kind and help us with online wechat booking of the tickets to the Yongmen grottoes, saving us the time to queue at the ticket counter. The breakfast was simply sumptuous (Chinese breasfast) - worth every bit of the 40 Yuan! . I especially appreciated the freshness and quality of the food. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Every corner was spotless, and the room was impeccably maintained, which made for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Additionally, the location couldn't be more convenient. The hotel is just a five-minute walk to the Yongmen Grottoes entrance making it perfect for anyone planning to explore this beautiful historic site. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service! Tips - please call ahead for location of the hotel as taxi is not allow to enter the area close to Yongmen Grottoes and the hotel will pick you up frm nearest drop off

GGośćWe had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.
