„前台接待妹妹漂亮熱情入住效率高，酒店有自己的停車場，就是房間不是乾濕分離，好在因氣候非常乾燥，衞生間地面幹得快，最不可思議的是房間簡易衣櫃沒得門的情況下居然有一條感應燈帶、並且連接小吧枱，問了前台怎麼關掉，回覆説用自己的衣服遮擋，對睡眠不好輾轉反側的客人有點惱火，還好想了個方法，就是用止血貼把感應孔貼上就好了，酒店旁邊的牛肉麪真的好吃”

„我們是特意加錢升級了馬蹄房型的，來這裏還是要住馬蹄房型是最能感受特色的。這是目前草原上住過的最棒的酒店和房間，沒有之一。景色絕美，運氣好看到了夕陽，日出和銀河。晚上外面會有蚊蟲但是不咬人，進房間開關門的時候注意點就好。服務也是很棒，住店包含晚餐和早餐，電瓶車免費且隨叫隨到，還能帶我們去最佳位置看日落，看濕地公園。總之家人們對這個地方一切都很滿意，是一個還想再來的地方。對了，房間周邊還有很多可愛的鼠兔小朋友特別喜歡，酒店周邊1小時車程的娘瑪寺裏有世界上最大的轉經筒，特別震撼。第一次攜程評價打這麼多字😅”

„房間很乾凈，服務很熱情，這次甘南之旅出現了一個小插曲。老公晚上洗完澡，把他的翡翠項鍊放到了枕頭底下了，早上我們收拾完行李。就出發去下一個旅程，車都開出去幾個小時了，老公突然摸了下脖子。壞了～我的項鍊沒拿，在枕頭底下。我説別急，你好好開車，我來聯繫酒店。在這裏首先我要感謝酒店老闆。非常負責任。老闆要我描述項鍊的款式，確認無誤後，發的順豐快遞到家，非常感謝老闆及工作人員！”
