The hotel was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was good but could have more variety or change breakfast sets for people who stayed longer. Overall, a very good hotel with good location and walking distance to good food and bakeries.

We are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!

情人節快樂，非常適合情侶居住的民宿， 有小陽台及桌椅，可以在戶外用餐。 早餐剛剛好吃飽，覺得添加一些中式的口味會比較好。 落羽松景色非常的優美，前庭後院都種滿的落羽松。 房間內沒有電視，而是使用投影機，非常大的螢幕，躺在床上欣賞電影，非常舒服。 看完電影再去泡澡，人生一大享受也。

recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

Good location and convenient. Family room is at level 2. Hotel please mask the toilet windows to prevent others from seeing in.

Room was neat and clean. Sufficient activities to keep the kids occupied - older ones were entertained by nintendo switch, younger one was rbtertained by playground and driving the car. Breakfast spread was decent. Will come back again!

The hotel is good for relaxing as you can enjoy the spa. Their design is nice too. Very enjoyable to stay. It will be perfect if they have amenities like laundry. The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.
