„Pokój jest czysty, śliczny, cichy izolator, sprzęt jest bardzo dobry. To bardzo łatwe. Panna Wen jest bardzo cierpliwa i dobra w służbie. - Bardzo wygodne. Pokój jest ciepły. Słońce jest bardzo dobre. Panna Lisu jest bardzo przytulna, mieszka w ładnym pokoju, a w następnym przyjeździe do Latham jest najlepsza.”

„The hotel entrance was on a side road without any sign; I had to ask after getting off the bus to find it. The room I checked into smelled of cooking fumes, so I asked the staff to change it. The room facilities were basic; the window was small, and the toilet and shower were separated into two small, cramped rooms, not up to the standard of a deluxe king room. The hairdryer was difficult to use and made me dizzy. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection, and some of the sweet potatoes were spoiled and steamed for guests. Most amusingly, the freshly ground coffee didn't have bagged sugar. When I asked a staff member, they said they were out and I had to go to the lobby to get it. After waiting a long time, a staff member finally came up (the restaurant is on the 10th floor), without mentioning the sugar. When I asked again, she told me she was out of sugar downstairs, which was quite frustrating. Such a large hotel couldn't even provide coffee creamer. The surrounding area lacked amenities, with construction underway. In conclusion, given the limited amenities and the fact that it was late October/early November (off-season), the hotel's pricing was unreasonable.”

„以前乳山酒店少，出差一般選擇東方大廈和國際酒店，東方樓整體比較老舊了，國際酒店一部分房間裝修過，舒適度也好了很多。行政房集中一個區域，相對比較安靜，早餐在一樓憑房卡就餐，早餐略顯簡單，因為離大門入口比較近，冬天略微涼了一些。服務很好，換了一些年輕有活力的人員。”
