Dobra wentylacja, mimo że palenie było dozwolone, brak stęchłego zapachu stęchlizny, wszędzie pachniało wspaniale. Miałem też wspaniały widok z pokoju. The basement mall is just outside the ancient city where shopping and food malls even a large sized supermarket are all within reach. Matcha cafe is also just 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the soundproofing was excellent, leading to a very peaceful night's rest. The common areas were tidy and quiet, and the overall environment was warm and comfortable. It offers great value for money and is perfect for both tourists and temporary stays. This hotel exceeded our expectations by far. The attention to detail and the warm service made it feel extremely special and comfortable. The garden and the rooms are super beautiful with so much attention to detail. It felt like a sacred, holy place with its temple, library and tea room as well as the garden. The staff was very friendly and helped us out a lot with planning our trip. The drive us to the Fanjing Mountain and also organized a driver to pick us up in Tongren when we came and a driver to drive us to Fenghuang the day we left. Also they had amazing foods and although we are vegetarians and don’t eat meat they had plenty of options. We were lucky to meet a master (teacher) of Buddhism and his student (a tea master who was learning about Buddhism from him). They also made this trip very special since we got invited to traditional tea ceremonies and were able to listen to the singing of prayers and traditional Chinese instruments they played for us. This hotel is the perfect place for these sort of guests and it’s perfect if you want a relaxing meditative Chinese experience. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful as well and perfect for going on a walk to explore a little. We hope we will be able to come again in the future.

Okolica pensjonatu jest cudowna – to prawdziwa oaza świeżego powietrza. Tuż obok płynie krystalicznie czysty strumyk, idealny dla dzieci do pływania i łapania ryb. Właściciele pensjonatu byli niezwykle troskliwi i pomocni. Przygotowali dla nas rękawiczki trekkingowe i płaszcze przeciwdeszczowe. Kiedy zostawiliśmy nasze zdjęcia w barze z przekąskami u podnóża góry, właściciel pojechał specjalnie, aby je odzyskać, a nawet odesłał nam je pocztą, nie pobierając żadnej opłaty za przesyłkę. Jesteśmy im za to niezmiernie wdzięczni! A do tego codzienne owoce i słodki poczęstunek przed snem... Podsumowując, to pensjonat, w którym zdecydowanie warto zatrzymać się na dłuższe wakacje!

It was such a surprise find at Fanjingshan. The rooms are big with modern facilities including toilet seat sensor. The inn also has a lift for those with big luggages and don’t want to climb the stairs with them, a feature that is not in all the inns around. We have such a comfortable stay, even if it was just for a night. We took a didi to the inn in the evening and in the morning, the owner drove us to the gate of Fanjingshan to purchase the tickets. He also offered to pick us up when we are done for the day at fjs. He also helped us to engage a driver who drove us to fenghuang ancient town for a fair price based on our cab fare from Tongren to fjs. I will definitely recommend this inn which is also new, opened in March 2023. 房间干净偏大，负有摩登设施。 民宿里也有电梯，无需扛大行李上楼。 我们住得舒适也吃得好。 推荐！

I have to say that I have never been in a hotel more at peace than in these one. The people working at the hotel were more than helpfull with us and for the first time in our 10 days in china they spoke a bit of English, which made our accommodation even easier! The bedroom was big and included a hot tub, so relaxing! And the town where the hotel is located is really nice too. I would definitely come back to this hotel 😊

Po raz pierwszy byłem w centrum Tongren i zaskoczyło mnie, jak przestarzałe jest to miasto – brakowało mu jakiegokolwiek nowoczesnego klimatu. Na szczęście ten hotel oferuje świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Chociaż wejście nie rzuca się w oczy, w środku hotel jest całkiem nowoczesny i stylowy. Pokoje gościnne znajdują się głównie na trzecim i czwartym piętrze, są wyjątkowo przestronne i wyposażone w pełne inteligentne sterowanie głosowe. Jedyne, co mnie zaskoczyło, to nadmiernie inteligentna toaleta – za każdym razem, gdy wchodziłem, automatycznie otwierała klapę, do czego trochę trudno było mi się przyzwyczaić. Również jednorazowa nakładka na deskę sedesową była za mała i nie nadawała się do użytku; sugeruję wymianę na większy rozmiar. Hotel posiada własny parking podziemny, który, choć nie jest duży, bez problemu pomieści trzydzieści do czterdziestu samochodów, co jest bardzo wygodne.

Nice hotel very close to the fanjingshan gates — you just walk in there. It has nice nature-view rooms, decent restaurant, well-maintained territory. However, to me there's not much else to do there other than go to Fanjingshan. For this particular purpose the hotel is perfect and super nice, but I wont come there just to stay (but its more about me, this is the case with most hotels for me)

A hidden gem! This resort type of hotel is so rare in the area. We opted for this hotel for the gorgeous courtyard type of layout. The hotel deserves the attention and my lengthy review as the architect/ designer has such an exquisite taste which shows off in the smallest details. The select of burl wood trims with marble patterns, stylish lighting fixtures… Rooms are spacious and full of technology. Bathroom with heat floor and even ironized glass which offers instant privacy with a click of a button. This hotel alone is worth couple nights of stay where one could plan a getaway from the city life and fully immerse themselves in the hotel’s garden trails. This hotel is great for tourists who prioritize monetary value as It’s essentially a five star luxury resort for a fraction of the price. However, for those who enjoy a slower pace and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourisy area it offers more. This hotel had become an integral part of my spiritual retreat escaping city and exploring the FANJING mountain area. Special thanks to the wonderful customers service team and Lin and Liping for their hospitality.

Pokój był przytulny i bardzo czysty. Obsługa hotelu była szczególnie godna pochwały; wszystko było zapewnione. Przypadkowo skaleczyłam się w rękę podczas regulacji brwi i kiedy zadzwoniłam do recepcji, natychmiast przynieśli mi plaster i waciki z jodyną. Zapewnili również przekąski na czas mojego pobytu. Recepcjonistka przyniosła nam nawet drewnianą wannę do kąpieli stóp tuż po zejściu z wędrówki – brawo! Makaron ryżowy na śniadanie również był pyszny. Jeśli będę miała okazję tu wrócić, na pewno wybiorę ten hotel ponownie!

Al realizar el checkin nos quisieron cobrar 100 yuanes como depósito, cuando con el registro de trip no estaba en las condiciones. Contactamos con el equipo de soporte técnico de trip y lo solventaron. Por el resto, todo bien.
