„Great location to view sunset. Room is clean and large with complimentary fruit and snacks. Lots of seafood restaurants nearby. There is also a recreation room on top floor.”

„Zaskoczył mnie, że pojechałem tu na krótką wycieczkę. Po pierwsze, jest to doskonała lokalizacja, w najgęstszej drodze do miasta turystycznego w ipu, sklepy są mnóstwo, kilka minut od ulicy jedzenia czerwonego morza. Parking jest również bardzo duży, łatwy do parkowania. Pokój nie jest szczególnie duży, ale w rozsądnym, czysty i porządny sposób, śniadanie jest bogate i smaczne. Najważniejsze, że w tym miejscu można korzystać z takich urządzeń i usług za taką cenę, jest naprawdę bardzo efektywny.”

„The environment of the homestay is good and the decoration is very warm. The big bathtub by the window gave the children a bath, which was very comfortable. There is also a special children's activity area where the children have a lot of fun. I got up early and rushed to Huazhu, where I saw a beautiful sunrise! There are many types of breakfast and the taste is good. When we left, the B&B gave us some souvenirs, including a variety of delicious snacks. Disadvantages: The hot water in the homestay is not very hot. The bath water temperature is always warm. The weather is cold and I didn't take a hot bath. It doesn't match the price of the room. The Yugongting Beach and Xiaohao Tidal Flats near the B&B are very average, relatively small, and the sand is not very good. They cannot be compared with Gaoluo Beach and Dajing Beach in the south of Xiapu.”

„這次到霞浦遊玩，感覺最正確的就是選擇入住五星級海悦賓館，價格雖然比其他賓館略高，但一分銅鈿一分貨，親身體會下來，這點錢花得絕對值，而且是超值！ 還沒入住前，前台小胡就聯繫了我，為我的入住作了周密安排，豪華奔馳車接站，豪華雙人房升級，親切的話語，不是親人，勝似親人。聽説家人正遇生理期，前台美女立即拿出自己的備用護理用品（忘了問姓名），出門在外，卻處處感受到了賓至如歸的美好感覺。 步入房間，讓人眼睛一亮，明快敞亮的西式風格，豪華進口智能馬桶，寬敞的步入式衣帽間，獨立的衞生間等，家人全都喜歡這樣的裝修風格。 桌上放着迎賓水果，看了心裏暖暖的，感覺到家了。 衞生間備了兩卷衞生紙，避免瞭如廁缺紙的尷尬；水喝完了，晚上覺得口乾，服務員馬上送來了礦泉水，第二天房間裏多了幾瓶水。於細微處見精神，海悦的服務確實做得好。 入住期間，小胡一直問寒敍暖，離店時，又為我安排了送站。由於我把行李寄存在酒店，外出遊玩無法確定回店時間，小胡一直與我保持聯繫，我一回酒店，馬上讓駕駛員把我送到火車站，還為我準備了精美點心。更讓我感動的是，當我問她工號和名字時，她還不願説出來。 這次海濱遊，入住海悦酒店是我最開心的經歷，認識小胡，是我最大的榮幸。 海悦，讓人喜悦，下次，還會再來！”

„We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel. When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors. For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good.”

„We had a small problem with room assigned, the front desk staff provided a change of room to our satisfaction. Breakfast is good with wide selection of food. Supper was included too in the room charge.”

„A Hotel Stay in Dongbi Village, Xiapu: Seafood and Relaxing Moments Hidden Between Mountains and Sea, A Glimpse of the Ocean and a Giant Octopus 🐙 Initially, while searching for accommodations in Xiapu on Ctrip, I was torn between different options. However, after seeing a guest review of this hotel—”The owner's seafood dinner is divine!”—I booked it instantly. Now, having stayed there, I realize that the recommendation was far more compelling than any written description. The hotel is located next to Dongbi Village, away from the hustle and bustle of the village center. Stepping into this area, my heart immediately felt at peace. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, I immediately saw the enormous octopus sculpture, both endearing and distinctive. Even first-timers wouldn't miss it; it's a true ”landmark.” Entering the room, the first thing that caught my eye was the floor-to-ceiling window facing the sea, offering an unbelievably expansive view. Standing by the window, the azure ocean stretched out before me, and the sea breeze, carrying a faint salty scent, made even breathing feel fresh and invigorating. No need to make a special trip to the beach; you can enjoy breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets, and the ebb and flow of the tides, all without leaving your room. Whether it's watching the morning sun paint the river red or admiring the sunset's golden glow, every scene is a masterpiece. The room's decor was also exceptionally pleasing. Cleanliness was a given, but what was even more remarkable was its simple and elegant style. There were no unnecessary decorations, yet every corner exuded warmth. What surprised me most was the specially designed tea table in the room, with neatly arranged teaware and thoughtfully provided tea leaves. After waking from an afternoon nap, I would boil water, brew a pot of local tea, and sit around the tea table with my companions. Sipping tea, gazing at the sea outside the window, and occasionally exchanging a few casual words, time flowed by slowly, and all fatigue vanished in this tranquility. Let me highlight something special. The owner's wonderful cook couldn't book dinner on the first day due to a family emergency, but she rushed back the next day to prepare it for us so as not to disappoint. We were so touched! The long-awaited seafood dinner was amazing. The swimming crabs, freshly served, had gleaming shells, bursting with plump, sweet, and firm meat, bursting with the unique freshness of the sea. The razor clams were plump and free of any sand; each bite was tender and bouncy, bursting with juice in our mouths – the deliciousness was undeniable; I wouldn't be exaggerating when I say it's the best razor clams I've ever had. And then there were the firm-fleshed prawns. Every dish preserved the pure, natural flavor of the seafood, without excessive seasoning, yet so fresh we couldn't stop eating. We were so busy enjoying the food, praising the flavors, that by the time we realized we wanted to take a picture, the plates were almost empty. It's a bit of a shame we didn't get a photo, but the delightful surprise on our palates will forever remain in our memories. This hotel was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to Xiapu, offering both tranquility surrounded by mountains and sea, and a seafood feast that tantalized our taste buds. Next time we visit Xiapu, this will be our top choice without a doubt, and we might even bring friends to share this hidden gem nestled beside Dongbi Village.”

„去霞浦小住兩晚，對比價格，年份，裝修圖，最終選了這家。就怕實物和圖片不符合先定了一晚，不過最終還是很有驚喜的，地理位置不錯，在東壁村一公里遠的虞東亭村，非常安靜，而且三宅行生也在旁邊，服務人員會提前安排好停車位，幫忙提行李，有一兩分鐘的上坡到坡上，所以海景非常好。酒店據説是小學校改造的，服務人員接待的很好，認真介紹了真箇民宿，非常大的觀景台，還有泳池，單獨的餐廳，廚師年輕但是水平非常優秀，據説是米其林餐廳的廚師，。給兒子單獨開的另外一間也很贊，衞浴設施高端大氣。泳池邊的茶室可以喝茶下棋提供了小摔炮小煙花太有意思了！！”

„Najlepiej jest nie oszukać tego hotelu. Jego położenie jest na wyższym poziomie niż w innych hotelach o nazwach młodzieży, większość pokoi jest piękna, nawet w górskich pokojach można zobaczyć widok na taras lub restaurację, jest bardzo cenny i rodzina właściciela jest bardzo entuzjastyczne. Nie ma tu nic do jedzenia, a lobby hotelowe nie jest duże, ale jest to dość ciche, zdrowie jest dobre, a pokój jest dopuszczalny w naturalnym starzeniu się.”
