This brand new 4 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom home was upgraded and finished in November 2023. We were previously Premier hosts but sold 2 properties during the pandemic so our status was removed only because we didn't have rentals for a year. We're back and ready to host your best vacation again!The property sits on 2.5 acres above the Pacific ocean with amazing sunset views. There are 4 large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have lofts with 2 twin beds each. We have a total of 11 beds to sleep 14-16 people. The common space is large with a chef's kitchen, seating for 18, and a lounging area with multiple couches (one with a bed) and TV. There are several private lounging spaces as well. Plenty of options for large group gatherings or reading a book in private. And then there's the pool with infinity edge overlooking the ocean.We are in the rainforest with visits from toucans, macaws, monkeys, and sloths.
