There is a security gate to enter the community with a full-time guard on duty. The community is extremely safe and incredibly beautiful. Because it’s located high in the cloud forest, the temperature at Casa Olas Azul is very pleasant, often 10 degrees cooler than down at the beach.As guests in the Costa Verde Estates development, your group will have access to an outdoor tennis court, a workout room, a large outdoor picnic area and a helicopter pad in case of medical emergencies or if you just feel like taking a helicopter to San Jose instead of driving!!
