Palermo – hotele ze śniadaniem

We had a 2-week family vacation in Italy, travelled to Rome, Florence, Naples and Palermo. Our stay at Olivuzza 27 in Palermo is by far the BEST! The room is spacious, well-appointed, clean. And, it has a kitchenette, so that we could cook dinner with the fresh ingredients bought from the supermarket nearby. The apartment is just a stone’s throw away from the town centre, we could go to different places just on foot. And it is located in a quiet and safe area. We didn’t have to worry even we walked back to the apartment after a night out. Our heartfelt thanks to the owner Salvo for his hospitality, who proactively offered us help in many ways. Salvo is friendly and caring. He speaks very good English too. He gave us very good recommendations for restaurants, attractions, useful apps. He helped us with laundry service after we were totally soaked in the pouring rain in one of the days. Each of the small touch have made us feel very welcomed. We had a very memorable trip in Palermo. If you happen to travel to Palermo, Olivuzza 27 is the PERFECT choice, trust me.

We had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!

Pracownicy są bardzo entuzjastyczni i chętnie udzielą szczegółowych informacji. Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju 6-osobowym. Łóżka wyglądały na bardzo wygodne, a pokój był dobrze posprzątany. Drzwi prowadzą bezpośrednio na taras, gdzie wszyscy mogą się komunikować i odpoczywać. Obok recepcji znajduje się bar, w którym panuje bardzo ożywiona atmosfera. Lokalizacja jest naprawdę bardzo dobra, bo miasto nie jest duże, można z niego wygodnie dojść pieszo do różnych miejsc, jest też bardzo bezpiecznie, a do tego znajduje się tuż przy porcie.

Ottima esperienza, il personale è stato gentile, colazione abbastanza ricca, unica pecca non c’è tanta scelta per intolleranza al lattosio, solo delle fette biscottate e marmellate! Le camere sono abbastanza pulite, gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti ogni giorno!

Not a hotel, more like a Bnb with limited service October 2025 We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.) Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need. Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows. To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy. Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

Pokój jest trochę mały, ale czysty i higieniczny. Śniadanie jest w porządku, a lunch i kolację można zjeść w Shadian. Otoczenie jest przeciętne.

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja jest świetna. Obiekt położony jest w dzielnicy Quattro Canti, w otoczeniu sklepów z pamiątkami i restauracji. Przyjechałem autobusem, a następnie pociągiem do pobliskiego miasta, co zajęło mi tylko około 10 minut na dworzec. Wszystkie atrakcje miasta znajdują się w zasięgu spaceru. Widok z tarasu na dachu również był niesamowity. Pokój był przestronny i czysty. Personel był przyjazny. Z pewnością zatrzymam się tu ponownie podczas następnej wizyty w Palermo.

Udogodnienia: Udogodnienia w tym hotelu są w rzeczywistości bardzo kompletne, czy to winda, czy udogodnienia w pokoju, łazienka jest bardzo przestronna i wszystko jest w porządku. Jako hotel trzeciej klasy uważam, że higiena jest tutaj akceptowalna i dobra. Higiena: Otoczenie znajduje się wokół dworca kolejowego, więc możesz sobie wyobrazić, że otoczenie nie jest zbyt czyste, a personel jest stosunkowo skomplikowany, ale nadal jest to akceptowalne. Hôtel très calme, propre, accueillant. Le personnel est attentif et prévenant. Seul petit bémol, un peu isolé du centre de Palerme

Здание находится хотя и вне туристической зоны, но буквально в 150-200 м от нее, сразу за Норманнским замком с капеллой Палатина. Я не сразу нашла по гугл-картам, запуталась в развилках улиц. Удобнее всего оказалось не поворачивать сразу направо, а пройти чуть вперед до первого пешеходного перехода и на противоположной стороне спуститься через арку по лестнице, потом налево и после поворота улицы направо на пешеходном переходе перейти на параллельную левую улицу к кондитерской. В первом доме в переулке слева Camelot. Долгое объяснение, на самом деле очень близко от ворот замка. Нужно обязательно связаться по телефону накануне, сообщить время приезда, постоянной стойки регистрации там нет. Номер был очень чистый, белье свежее, отличные завтраки, дружелюбные сотрудники, спасибо
