„Hotel room is new and clean. Breakfast have variety of food, we enjoyed so much and happy with the breakfast. Advise to check in earlier to get your preferable time slot, they control it by every half an hr, you need to choose your bf slot for the next day. Not very close to Otary Station but still walking distance, not too bad actually only like 7 mins walk. Very near to Canal, we start the day at Canal and ended in Music Box Meseum. Overall enjoy the stay, we rest well and had good sleep here.”

„My first visit to Otaru was truly unforgettable, all thanks to my experience at this wonderful hotel! Located just a pleasant 20-minute drive from Otaru Station, the hotel is nestled in a tranquil, private area that feels like stepping into a captivating wonderland. I was delighted to discover a bus stop right across from the hotel, making it effortlessly convenient to explore the surroundings. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly by name, and they were incredibly helpful with our luggage. Taking off our shoes upon entering the hotel created a feeling of comfort and cleanliness that made us feel right at home. After a smooth check-in process, during which they confirmed our breakfast time, the staff graciously guided us through the hotel, sharing helpful information about opening hours for various amenities. Our room was beautifully adorned in traditional Japanese style, complete with an open-air bath. Enjoying this serene experience during the winter was simply magical! We also savored a delectable Kaiseki dinner in our room, which was not only a feast for our taste buds but also left us delightfully satisfied. The onsens were a real highlight, featuring an adjacent sauna. With daily alternating access for women and men every other day, we were able to enjoy both during our stay. Families will find this hotel exceptionally accommodating, thanks to its variety of playrooms and relaxation spaces catering to guests of all ages. Plus, the complimentary refreshments and bar in the lobby until 10 PM added a lovely touch to our experience. Breakfast was a true delight, with a peaceful view of the snow outside the restaurant, enhancing the serene atmosphere. On our departure day, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the JR station, making our exit seamless and convenient. Looking back, our only regret is that we stayed just one night—I can't wait to return and immerse myself in a different season's beauty. This hotel is now firmly on my list for future visits, and I’m already looking forward to the next adventure!”

„Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pokój nie jest zbyt mały, czysty i przytulny; wygoda do pobliskich dobrych restauracji. Bardzo dobra kąpiel publiczna, zwłaszcza na zewnątrz, musi spróbować.”

„The hotel front desk are friendly and easy to communicate with English. The room is spaces and my room's window view is Otaru Canal. Very beautiful winter view. The hotel located about 15 minutes walking distance to The Otaru Steam Clock location and about or less than 10 minutes from the JR station. The check in time is 3pm but we reached before that the hotel also let us check in earlier. Overall I am happy with this hotel.”

„We always stayed at this hotel when we visited Otaru as we enjoyed the large spacious room and the amenities were great (we love the set of toiletries and Nespresso machine). It is part of the mega wingbay shopping centre and the supermarket can be accessed internally from the hotel lobby up to midnight, which we appreciate especially during winter season. The mountain view room also has a beautiful view during winter time.”

„讚讚讚！！！環境及服務超級好！！ 我哋較夜到達酒店，司機搵唔到門口，幫我哋搵，點知隔咗一陣，就有職員跑落嚟問我哋係咪訂咗房，真係跑！！再司機泊車位置，之後幫我哋攞哂行李，又係跑上去！！！服務好到我哋全家呆咗！！ 入到酒店，空氣調節得非常好，因為外面係-10度，但室內好暖，又唔焗，所以好舒服，房間唔算大，但有齊傳統日式房間嘅嘢，擺設都好靚，不過如果行李較大同較多，就會變得好迫，但其實有家的感覺。 因為一泊二食，所以有齊晚餐早餐，都係精緻懷石料理，每餐也有職員提前到房間帶領我哋到餐廳，自己一個房間，沒有任何人打擾。 溫泉區有室內同室外，不算大，但足夠，我哋浸咗兩次都碰唔到人，包場，正！！ Check out 後，職員鞠躬到見唔到我哋架車！！有哂傳統日本人嘅禮儀！！！ 呢間我哋一定會再嚟體驗！！！”

„The hotel has the historic charm with modern comfort in a great location. It us just a short walk to Otaru Canal and LeTAO. Guests enjoy complimentary wine from 5–6:30 PM, a rooftop sitting area, and a tasty breakfast with both Japanese and Western options. A convenience store and coin parking are nearby, making the stay even more convenient. Rooms are cozy, though the pillows could be improved.”

„Very good location, close to Otaru Canal and all tourist attractions, including dinning experience, souvenir shops, snacks, ice-cream and gifts ideas.  I will recommend to all my friend.  The sushi is fresh too.”

„The hotel is in a good Location near the chanel. Very nice beer brewery with a big variety of beer is just across the Chanel . Fish market and train station in 10 minutes by steps. There is the perfect big onsen on the top with great view on the sea. All three days I visited it I was alone. Breakfast was ok, but not as gorgeous as I expected. The room was clean and quite big. The furniture is a little old but in good condition.”
