"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and the room was perfect for us. The room had 4 beds and windows, which made it spacious, bright, and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and visit nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the bathtub. It was a great way to relax after a long day, and our children loved it as well. Overall, we really liked this hotel and had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location."

"This hotel is impressive, with great location (just opposite JR otaru station) and awesome onsen. The onsen is amazing. Indoor, there's a sauna, 2 hot pools and 1 cold pool. There are 2 additional hot pools outdoor. If you have a tattoo, you can ask the reception for tattoo stickers. The view is also beautiful. Will stay in this hotel again if i ever come back to otaru."

"There were two hills to climb before reaching the hotel, which was tough, but the view at the top was amazing! The room was located in the trees, very clean, and had a lovely atmosphere. I especially liked the fact that there were lots of large mirrors, the bathtub and toilet were separate, and the bedroom and living room were separate! The owner was also wonderful! I will definitely stay here again when I come to Otaru."

"Facilities: Ski gear doesn't include ski suits. The overall experience was just okay, probably because it was my first time skiing. Environment: But it was really beautiful. Service: There were a lot of rules, as pictured. I checked in late and couldn't shower in my room. The staff were accommodating and let me use a shower for ten minutes. Hot Springs: The hot springs were fantastic with floor-to-ceiling windows offering snow views. There were also outdoor hot springs, and the sauna temperature was just right. I just didn't like seeing young boys brought into the area."

Uwaga: Wzięliśmy taksówkę z Otaru Station do Winkel Village i kosztowało około 5000 jenów."
