"Wybrałam ten pokój ze względu na duże okno. Mój mąż jest artystą i lubi mieć dużo słońca w pokoju. Przyjechaliśmy późno i zameldowanie odbywało się na podstawie kodu. Więc kiedy zobaczyliśmy pokój ze ścianą i dwoma bardzo wąskimi oknami, zdecydowanie nie wyglądał tak, jak na zdjęciach. Następnego dnia, kiedy rozmawialiśmy z recepcją, powiedziano mi, że mają tylko 1-2 pokoje z dużymi oknami i nie możemy się tam przenieść, ponieważ są zajęci. Chciałabym poprosić trip.com o zamieszczenie zdjęć innych pokoi, żeby goście nie byli rozczarowani pobytem, tak jak my."

"The location of this hotel is OK; its not the best Many of the streets in the surrounding areas have shops that are boarded up and with lots of graffiti. Its about 30 mins walk from the old town. The room was a good size, with shower and bath. Some toiletries, a safe; kettle, tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable. My room was facing a car park with minimal noise yet on speaking to others they had rooms facing the road and they were very noisy. I stayed here for two nights and my bed was not made up on returning to my room! The breakfast had a good selection of fresh food, both hot and cold."

The washbasin was completely out of place and, worse still, incredibly awkwardly designed. I kept mistakenly turning it on when it was off, getting myself soaked."
