Atlantic Surf Pods - Campsite

"We have stayed in the pods for an extended weekend for the last 5 years and the pods are great for our needs, however- As these are advertised as surf pods it would be nice to have an area or an awning for each pod where you can hang wetsuits to dry and to have the table & chair arrangement covered so they can be used in all weathers. The washing facilities are ok but could do with a little TLC. The showers are warm and the water pressure is good but each are showing their age now. The barbecues need to be either updated or serviced as there are either parts missing or bits that dont work as they should. Cooking utensils, cloths, tea towels, cutlery and crockery are provided, but no washing liquid. Would be good to either have this in the box of supplies or a reminder on the website that it's required. Bed linen is clean and the bed is comfortable, towels are provided that are fit for purpose. Grounds are well maintained, clean and tidy, really nice atmosphere. Lovely place to stay, we just feel that the surf pod area could do with a little bit of a spruce up and maybe a bit more of a lean towards the surfing side of the surf pods and to allow the users the opportunity to dry wet gear after a day's surfing and to enjoy more sheltered outdoor space if the weather is unfavourable."
