"Zalety: 1. Nieskazitelna czystość. Apartament jest naprawdę zadbany i czysty – to główny plus. 2. Wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, jest na miejscu. Znalazłem wszystkie niezbędne przybory kuchenne do gotowania. 3. Dogodna lokalizacja. Blisko plaży, sklepy w pobliżu – wszystko jest w zasięgu ręki. Wady (które są sednem całego urlopu): 1. Ciągły hałas z ulicy (24/7). Okna wychodzą na autostradę, przez co nie da się spać przy otwartym oknie. Nie da się też usiąść na tarasie z powodu samochodów. 2. Izolacja akustyczna jest jak pod mikroskopem. Czujesz się, jakby sąsiedzi siedzieli w tym samym pokoju. Miałem szczególne „szczęście”, gdy zameldowała się gorąca para – mieli dziką scenę seksu przez całą noc, a izolacja akustyczna nie pomogła. 3. Remonty trwają od drugiego piętra. Od rana do późnej nocy szorują, wiercą i robią inne rzeczy. Są uciążliwe nie tylko w nocy, ale i w ciągu dnia. 4. Nie ma gdzie porządnie zjeść. Brakuje porządnego stolika. Stolik kawowy jest bardzo mały i niski – niewygodnie się przy nim jada. Z tarasu nie widać tego, bo słychać ten sam hałas uliczny. Podsumowanie: Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i przytulne, sądząc po samym zdjęciu, ale z powodu ruchu ulicznego, ekip remontowych i sąsiadów nie mogłem się wyspać. Nadaje się tylko dla osób z zatyczkami do uszu lub planujących nocować tylko pod maską do spania."

Budva is a hard town to navigate if you aren’t driving so just be prepared it’s a 30 minute walk to the old town / beach. The host was super nice and did call a cab for me when I needed one. Only suggestion would be curtains that block the light as it was really bright super early in the morning."

"The apartment was very nice, everything was there, our towels were changed daily, and the bed linen was changed every four days. The only two issues were: there was only one mirror in the bathroom for two rooms, which was too small for a family and wouldn't allow for a full-length view. Also, the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, making it difficult for those with walking difficulties or with a stroller."

"There are no words! The hotel is simply gorgeous. Upon arrival, we were met by friendly staff with drinks and treats. We were immediately checked into a room, although we arrived at 12 noon. The room is amazing. We have been to many hotels, but this one exceeded all our expectations! A spacious, stylish room with a fresh renovation. This is not even a room, but an entire apartment with all the amenities. We were pleased with the large, comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The beach is probably the best we have seen in Budva, located on Mogren 2, clean water, comfortable sun loungers, staff who are happy to fulfill all your requests. For extreme sports enthusiasts, there are places for jumping from a cliff into the water (from 5 to 20 meters). A small minus is the road that takes 10-15 minutes on foot, but it's worth it (the road passes by the old town where there are many restaurants and shops). The location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. Good and varied spa. But regarding the hall - we thought it would be bigger. Breakfasts - the hotel provides a menu, not a buffet. They are delicious, but there is not much choice. Special thanks to the staff, especially Deniz. All our requests and wishes were fulfilled immediately. Everyone is very friendly and responsive."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, but that was its only plus. Firstly, we were given a room that was not the one we ordered (it was not possible to replace it with the one we ordered or another, corresponding one, due to the lack of such); the room itself was in the basement of the hotel, with all the ensuing circumstances; secondly, the room was already extremely depreciated, the walls were scratched, the plumbing did not work well; thirdly, the room was poorly cleaned (there were many dusty places and objects in sight, hair of previous guests), and cleaning was not carried out at all during the stay; towels were changed selectively and not regularly; fourthly, the room's equipment did not correspond to what was stated."

"Ivana was one of the best hosts I have ever had. She was able to give us lots of recommendations on places to eat and drink. Along with places to visit and booked them all for us. The accommodation was stylish and unbelievably clean with fresh towels everyday. There was a small kitchenette filled with essentials along with a kettle and teas and coffees. There is a small pool which again is very clean. There is a a 10 minute walk to the beautiful old town. We had an issue with our air con unit but Ivana was quick to get it sorted. No request was every to big! Would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone."

There's no table on the balcony because the air conditioner in the room next door is installed. The soundproofing is poor! If people leave the room next door in the morning and slam and close the door very loudly, it wakes you up. The same thing happens late at night if guests from the room next door return from a walk."
