"The hotel is quite expensive for what you get in terms of the room itself. However, the spa and sauna facilities are beautiful, well worth using, although they require an additional fee. Breakfast is à la carte rather than a full buffet, and the waiting time for the food can be quite long, to the point where it becomes a little boring. Personally, I prefer a buffet breakfast. On the plus side, the hotel is in a great central location, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There’s also a public drinking water fountain right outside the hotel where you can refill your water bottle."

"17 £ za pokój dzielony był umowa, zwłaszcza że tylko 1 inny był tam! Staff were very friendly & facilities were acceptable. They had put a fan in the room too due to the hot weather. "We booked our stay as we were going to the Opera House on the Friday and decided to make a weekend of it. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and having heating that worked was a great bonus! The breakfast choice was good - continental was a good range of cereals and yogurts, fruit; wholemeal and white sliced bread and toasters that worked :-) there was a good range of jams and spreads and freshly baked (cold) croissants - these were delicious. The first day I had the full English and my mum had the bacon and cheese oatcake. The food arrived piping hot and was good quality. The second morning we both just had bacon and poached eggs (the eggs were perfect!). On the Sat night we ate in the restaurant and again the service was excellent! I had the steak and ale pie which was delicious and the best pie steak pie I've had in years! My mum had a starter for her main as she wasn't that hungry - she went for the prawn and noodles. It was actually quite substantial. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the excellent service and location - 10 min walk or a very cheap taxi ride into town or the station. My mum was having trouble walking so we had to get a taxi from the station (and back) and also to and from the Opera House - each journey was just £3.50. I would recommend using AtoZ cars."

"Inteligentny, nowoczesny hotel buticzny z własnym parkingiem i ładowaniem elektrycznym, jeśli to konieczne. Zostaliśmy w pokoju 6, który był przestronny, czysty z dobrą łazienką (prysznic i wanny) i najbardziej elektryczne punkty widzieliśmy w pokoju. W rzeczywistości było wiele technologii, w tym elektryczne ślepki dachu. Szkoda nie ma głównych okien w pokoju i że światła człowieka były tak jasne i że łóżko nie wystarczyło tam sam. Mniejsze punkty jednak. Materiał łóżkowy był naprawdę wygodny - poduszki trochę za wysokie dla nas. Śniadanie było doskonałe i serwis uroczy. Wieczorny posiłek oceniony pod ich restauracją."

"Stayed at the Queen's Head hotel over the weekend due to attending a concert at Buxton Opera House. We were really well looked after and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean , warm and welcoming. Whilst there is no on-site parking, there is parking in the market place only a minutes walk away which was easy to access. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

"Zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt w The Vault i nie byliśmy rozczarowani. Jest to 5 minut spacerem od centrum miasta Buxton. Wiele sklepów i restauracji w pobliżu tego hotelu. Lokalny rankingu taksówki jest krótki spacer i są dostępne linki autobusowe. Łazienka była bardzo nowoczesna z oral-b ładowarką do zębów wbudowaną w ścianę (co było bardzo przydatne!). Poziom hałasu może być niewielki problem dla niektórych z powodu bycia na głównej drodze. Osobiście nie przeszkadzało nam. Nasz pobyt był niesamowity! Będąc blisko wszystkiego i krótki spacer z każdego miejsca to się spodziewane. W łazience na dole było kilka wspaniałych napojów i już zarezerwowaliśmy kolejny pobyt na przyszły rok!"
