"The reception is only available during set hours, and they don't respond to emails on weekends. I had trouble checking in because I wasn't given instructions for self-check-in. So I had to wait until 9:00 AM the next day to get my room for just three hours. The apartments are well-equipped, very clean, fairly quiet, and the outdoor parking is free. Unfortunately, access to the video-monitored garage is not permitted. Overall, the property offers a reasonable quality/price ratio."

"This hotel was brilliant in every way - and good value for money too. Don't be put off by the eccentric exterior, because once inside you're greeted by friendly front office staff and in no time are in your well-appointed moderately-sized room. Plenty of off-street parking as well. The hotel has a well-stocked bar at reasonable prices and an excellent restaurant serving some of the best pizzas and hamburgers in Normandy. Highly recommended."

"My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France."

"Ideally located hotel, city center, close to everything. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are rather simple (even too simple), the tam tam stools as bedside tables are not very practical. No kettle in the rooms, not even on each floor, you have to go down to the hotel lobby to get a coffee (early wake-up call). The bathroom could do with more light and a magnifying mirror."

"Ten mały hotel jest bardziej jak łóżko & śniadanie! Właściciele są ostrożni i zachować nieruchomość. Jadliśmy w jadalni na kilka posiłków i to było naprawdę dobre. Pokoje były wygodne. Caen jest bardzo wyjątkowym miejscem, łatwym w nawigacji i pełnym uroku. Hotel jest spacerując od góry notch boulangerie (Bon Ble) i dobrze zaopatrzony rynek. Bardzo zalecam zakupy na piknik i przechadzkę w mieście."
