„I just book for two nights but after 24 hrs, they keep knocking on the door and I asked why, they said check out time, however 23 is my check out time. I always check in on their hotel of course I know my check out time. Tho, it was still my to go hotel but maybe I'll try to explore other hotels for now.”

„When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!”

„For some reason at the height of the resort season the pool was not open as adverised on your web site. Also you say that toiletries and 2 bottles of mineral wayer are available in all rooms. There was no toiletries or water supplied to my room. And when I enquired about this the lady did no know about this.”

„The hotel location is great, so peaceful and quiet. The food is ok. Staff are accommodating and friendly. There are few hotel guests, so the hotel is so quiet and almost our son is the only noisy kid at the time. There are 2 swimming pools, the large one is the regular, while the small one which is inside the hotel building is hot spring. The hotel is a bit old with small renovations. There are still covid-19 protocols posted on walls.”
