"Nie rozumiem, jak to może być 3-gwiazdkowy hotel. Bardzo zły, spróbuj sam. To na 100% nie jest 3-gwiazdkowy hotel. Stare, hałaśliwe pokoje, słychać wszystko z innych pokoi, mam na myśli wszystko, więc nie można tu spać, odpoczywać ani relaksować się. Jedzenie jest jak karma dla zwierząt, nie warto próbować. Ogólnie kiepskie, ale jedzenie serwowane codziennie z zewnątrz. Wyglądało to jak jakiś obóz dla uchodźców, ze wszystkimi tymi Ukraińcami i Rosjanami w środku. Dobra jest tylko lokalizacja ze względu na plażę z przodu i to wszystko."

Pracownicy sprzątania sprzątnęli i zrobili nasze łóżko codziennie i nie miałem żadnych narzekań! Były one bardzo pomocne, gdy przyszliśmy zapytać o transport. Samo miasto było piękne i naprawdę cieszyliśmy się naszym pobytem :))"

"What a great find. We travelled by train from Barcelona. Hotel has recently had an upgrade in ***** rooms and bedrooms. We took the bed and breakfast option so we could explore the local options. The hotel offers others meals on a pay as you go option too. We did eat our evening meal which was buffet style, excellant all round."

"Od chwili, gdy przyjechaliśmy, wszyscy pracownicy byli przyjaźni i pomocni. Pokoje są bardzo czyste i sprzątane codziennie przez cały nasz pobyt. Niektóre rzeczy mogą dotyczyć aktualizacji, ale nie miało to wpływu na naszą przyjemność. Wybór jedzenia był obfity i pyszny każdego dnia. Nie jem mięsa, ale znalazłem wiele alternatywnych opcji. Basen wygląda na dużo większy na zdjęciach, ale był wystarczająco duży, aby można było po nim popływać. Basen dla dzieci był genialny. To tylko kilka minut od plaży, dworca kolejowego, dużych supermarketów i pięknej długiej ulicy, przy której znajdują się wszystkie sklepy, kawiarnie i restauracje. Gdybym mógł, wróciłbym tam jutro. Gorąco polecam za tę cenę."

"Zatrzymał się w hotelu przez 2 tygodnie, dostał słodką ofertę na wcześniejszą rezerwację. Dostałem darmowe uaktualnienie do mojego pokoju po przyjeździe (z tarasem i wanną wewnątrz, choć ostatni byłby w rzeczywistości obniżenie w moich książkach, ponieważ emitował zapach kanałowy prawie codziennie bez użycia go). Ogólnie poleca, miły personel, blisko stacji Callela i plaży, hotel oferuje darmowe parasole plaży, aby pożyczyć, ale ręczniki plaży są za opłatę 5 euro. Mieliśmy śniadanie i obiad, które były miłe, zawsze kilka opcji ryb i mięsa na kolacji (ale napoje są płatne)."

"Apartments are great, everything you need and clean. No balcony just a little step outside the sliding doors. We didn't know we would have to pay 100 euros deposit then the hotel decides if its clean enough when you leave before they return it. We asked for clean towels and were told no, they change them every 3 days. You get to use the hotel pool, roof top pool is amazing. Most of the staff were pleasant. Overall a good stay"

"We had a rocky start with this hotel, we arrived at 3am in the morning, much later than we had hoped due to numerous delays at the airport. When we went to check in, the hotel had given our rooms to another family who had checked in an hour or two before, they had booked and paid but had no reservation on the system (we had both booked through Love Holidays). The receptionist then went away for 10 minutes to rectify the issue to come back closely followed by the poor family he had kicked out of our rooms!!!! In the end we got into our rooms and the other family were found new rooms after quite a bit of a wait, however we were very shocked at how it was dealt with and feel it could have been handled differently. I would advise if you have a late flight and or have any delays, call the hotel and let them know you are on your way! Rooms are nice enough, quite small and cramped and there is obvious wear and tear throughout the hotel but the hotel and rooms were cleaned to a good standard and fresh towels and bedding provided daily. Our view from the balcony was at the back of the hotel, if you looked down you did have a view of the back road, a car park and some bins, however straight in front of you was a view of some of the most beautiful hills, I have added the pics for reference. Food was hit and miss and repetitive most days but that is the risk you take at an All Inclusive hotel even if it is 4 stars. We were all able to eat something every day, however, if we had been there for 7 nights or more we would have eaten out a few times too! The only time we had to queue for the restaurant was when we were there before it had actually opened, other than that we were able to get a table easily. There is some queuing for the freshly cooked food such as some of the meat, fish, eggs ect but that’s due to being a popular choice and high demand. Drinks also typical of an All Inclusive hotel, small cups and alcohol watered down but plenty of options. You can also pay for proper cocktails ect if you wanted to. The staff were friendly, and happy enough to re-activate our key cards when we had deactivated them accidentally by keeping them by our mobile phones! It happened a few times too. There are 3 pools at the hotel as well as some water slides, with lots of stairs, but there are lifts to access the splash pool at the bottom and the main middle pool which is a little small. The splash pool was a lot of fun for the kids, just be aware, due to the height of the hotel, the sun does disappear behind the building mid afternoon so you will be left in the shade, there was also plenty of sun beds. The splash pool area could be quite slippy at times however as long you are careful, as you would around all pools and don’t let the kids run around (it happened often) then you will be fine. Entertainment wasn’t great unfortunately, the stage is small and cramped in an area of the bar indoors where view is restricted unless sat right in front, it could do with being "
Camping Roca Grossa
"We stayed 2 weeks in this very large and beautiful campsite. Bungalow 21 is well equipped (air conditioning, TV, microwave, large fridge with freezer, small filter coffee maker and everything needed for 5 people). The bedding is very recent with mattress protectors, pillows and clean blankets provided. Sheets are extra! The bungalow is very well maintained, the shower and toilets are very clean, a charcoal barbecue is also included. The swimming pool is large and located high up but fortunately the shuttle called "Gua Gua" goes up and down throughout the season. The sea is located opposite, on the other side of the road. A secure passage takes you there. The reception and all the staff of the campsite are very pleasant and smiling. Thank you for allowing us to have an excellent holiday! See you soon"
