"Nie polecam!! Od rana po noc w pokojach słychać głośne trzaskanie drzwi, można zapomnieć żeby przespać się kilka godzin w spokoju. Hotel obsługuje kolonie i młodzież po nocach mocno imprezuje w pokojach lub wychodzą na miasto i wracają głośno krzycząc nad ranem pod wpływem alkoholu. Nikt tego nie kontroluje ani opiekunowie grup ani recepcja. Po tygodniu wróciliśmy zmęczeni i nie wyspani niestety. Śniadania bardzo skromne i codziennie to samo , ale nikt głodny nie wychodził ze stołówki."

"Przybyłem do tego hotelu o 00:30 12 maja 2025 r. i powiedziano mi, że hotel został zamknięty. Nie otrzymałem żadnego powiadomienia. Powiedziano mi, że otrzymałem e-mail, który ja lub firma organizująca wakacje otrzymaliśmy. Mężczyzna w recepcji był niegrzeczny i niezbyt pomocny. Ten hotel nadal się reklamuje, mimo że jest zamknięty."

"Unacceptable! Beware! Scam! We booked three nights at this hotel, specifying by email that we would arrive around 2 or 3 AM (arriving by plane). They confirmed 24-hour reception! We arrived at 2:30 AM! They refused to let us in! And they rented the rooms to other guests!!! Even though the rooms had already been paid for. This is unacceptable! The "receptionist" left us with absolutely NO solutions! He "apologized" without giving us any answers. He also told us to come back the next day for a refund with his "Boss," who started at 3 PM! We found ourselves at 3 AM without water! Trying to find another hotel to avoid sleeping four to a car! I strongly advise you NOT to book at this hotel; professionalism and respect are completely absent. Absolutely! The "boss" did not contact us to at least (in my opinion) apologize and find a solution for the 3 nights."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We know that every hotel has bad reviews and they are still enjoyable however this hotel was not one of them we had a terrible time and would never return! Restaurant is so small and food is disgusting we lived on chips the whole week and it was always the same food. Pool is tiny photos make it look big but your on top of each other with sun loungers no jumping, inflatables or balls allowed in pools. Staff are rude and not helpful rooms were dirty, showers leak into room cleaners try to come at half 8 in the morning. We had a yogurt which was out of date and curdled after speaking to reception about the yogurt we was told that this was normal when we questioned that out of date yogurt was normal they advised us that it was and that’s how they eat it! You will also have to queue at times for restaurant."

"We stayed for one night and really liked the hotel. The room was clean, newly renovated, and had a comfortable mattress and pillows. The hotel is located on the beachfront. The railway is nearby, but it didn't interfere with our sleep. There's underground parking in the adjacent hotel for €15 per night. The buffet breakfast was excellent and varied. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"We are just on our way to the airport following our stay and enjoyed our stay that much that I needed to leave a review before even lifting off on our flight. The staff are generally excellent, friendly and speak very good English. The manager was amazing and looked to make sure his guests were all happy and satisfied. One barman was a little dismissive on one of the days, but excellent the rest of the time so I put this down to him just having an off day like we all do sometimes. One of the young barmen even gave us a lift into town at the end of his shift after we asked what bars would be open late. Above and beyond. The all inclusive was excellent, plenty of options at almost all meal times, the snacks from the bar were tasty and filled your belly between mealtimes. The drink options were plentiful. Our room was cleaned daily, was spacious and mattresses were comfortable enough for myself, but a little on the firm side for my wife. Overall we had a great stay for our 5th wedding anniversary, not really anything to complain about whatsoever. We will definitely be back to this wonderful hotel!"

"Zatrzymałem się w hotelu President na początku października. Hotel jest bardzo czysty i jasny, przyjechałem wcześniej i znaleziono dla mnie pokój, co było bonusem. Podstawowy pokój, ale sprzątany codziennie, świeże ręczniki to wszystko, czego potrzebujesz. Zatrzymałem się z opcją niepełnego wyżywienia i jedzenie było bardzo dobre, nazywano mnie wybrednym, ale przez większość nocy wybierałem się na drugie miejsce, bo było tak miło. Ceny w barze bardzo dobre, 3 euro za duże piwo było tańsze niż w większości barów, które odwiedziłem w Calelli. Hotel znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji do zwiedzania Costa Brava, dworzec kolejowy znajduje się około 25 minut spacerem od przyjemnego spaceru wzdłuż balu maturalnego, który jest oddalony o około 5 minut. Barcelona w jedną stronę, inne miasta w drugą. Lloret de Mar jest oddalony o około godzinę jazdy pociągiem do Blanes. Prawdopodobnie zatrzymam się w hotelu ponownie w przyszłym roku, personel jest świetny, a najbardziej podobało mi się to, że po południu ogrody i basen wygrzewały się w słońcu, było dużo leżaków i było idealne na relaks przy piwie po zwiedzaniu okolicy ,"
