"Although the location isn't in the city center, the surrounding area is quiet. It's only about a five-minute drive to the city center, which is very close. This hotel is only a few years old, but the cleanliness really needs to improve. I found cockroaches in the bathroom, and there were stains on the table and biscuit crumbs under the sofa. It would be much better if the cleanliness could be improved."

"The TV was on when we entered the room, so we didn't realize the power button on the remote was broken, and the TV itself had no buttons. We ended up staring at a glowing TV at 2 AM and had no choice but to call the front desk. The front desk staff's attitude wasn't great, and they didn't even apologize. The air conditioning in the entire building was broken, and the front desk chose not to inform us in advance, even acting self-righteous when we called. There were wasps in the room before we opened the window. We couldn't open the gym door with our room key and had to ask the front desk for access. Overall, I'd say you'd probably have a better stay asking on Xiaohongshu if you could rent a student dorm at the nearby Girton College."

Cooked breakfast was of a good quality, although the continental breakfast was a bit minimalist. Car parking was plentiful and was easy to access from the main road although you had to drive down a narrow road around a field to get to the hotel. Generally very happy with my stay here at the Quy Mill"

"Very nice room and good facilities. We used the gym and sauna during the evening at adults only time (7-10pm). The Hotel is near the bus station and our room had good views. Staff is friendly and let us look around including breakfast services to let us decide if we wanted it or not. Very new kitchen with a cute recipe book included!"

"The hotel is very close to the Cathedral. Although it's not in the absolute heart of Cambridge, it's not too far from anywhere, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast is delicious, and you can order à la carte. The à la carte menu is so good it barely tastes like British food! Another great feature of the hotel is that they have a few vintage Bentleys, which they offer for a complimentary one-hour tour."

"Cambridge is an expensive town. That said, the price of the room did not reflect the amenities or the size of the room. Basically, the bathroom was so small as to be useless, and the bedroom very poorly lit and felt cluttered. The hotel is on top of a very cozy pub near Jesus Green, and within a comfortable walk to city centre. The room was clean and relatively quiet (the pub/hotel are located at a big intersection with frequent traffic). It would be ideal if the room price was closer to 100£, rather than 200£…"
