"We stayed 5 nights. We lived on the second floor and the view was beautiful. Other than that it was very average. Dirty dishes (we had to wash everything we wanted to use), dust in the roof by the fan. Very old showerhead, it took a while to shower because the water sprayed more to the sides than on me. It smelled like a drain in the bathroom. Other than that it was fine."

"The room was spacious, and it was super convenient to go out for white sand beaches and snorkeling. The front desk staff were very friendly. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was certainly sufficient. There's a Coles supermarket and a Chinese restaurant about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to buy groceries and cook your own meals. The washing machine had both wash and dry functions, which was a great plus. The staff were also prompt and friendly in handling any issues. The hotel is very close to the harbor for boat trips, and our day tour pick-up and drop-off could be directly arranged from the hotel entrance."

"We recently stayed at this hotel (last minute booking due to limited availability in Airlie beach during xmas period) and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations for this over rated 5 star hotel. The cleanliness was disappointing. We found dust on the washing machine and noticed oil dripping down from the range hood filter—issues that clearly indicated a lack of attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance. The check-in process was poorly communicated. We were not informed ahead of time that there would be no staff on-site after 5 pm. As a result, our luggage was left outside the reception area, which felt both unprofessional and unfriendly. These two major issues left us feeling dissatisfied. Would not recommend!"

"Stayed here for a couple of nights, was an excellent location. Lady at reception was very helpful with booking our tour. Outside pool was lovely. Unfortunately the room did not meet our expectations. Bathroom was disgusting, shower door was covered in grime. Floor of the whole apartment hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen had lots of utensils and appliances to use but unfortunately they were all filthy. Dinning room table was also incredibly sticky."
