"This was my first time visiting Yutian Qili, and I decided to stay at the official Giraffe Hotel. It turns out I made the right choice. The day before check-in, a staff member proactively called us to add us on WeChat and shared some park entry guidelines. From the moment we entered the park gate to checking in, staff members were always there to guide us patiently. Once we got to our room, we even had attentive butler service. Shuttle buses and pink mini-trains were readily available throughout the park. The room was cozy and clean, making our stay with a child stress-free. From the balcony, we could see ostriches and zebras directly, which made our child incredibly happy. They were fascinated by checking on the animals before bed and after waking up. The Giraffe Restaurant was also fantastic! The staff were constantly tidying up and providing excellent service. It was a great experience, and I'd love to come back again!"

There were no amenities around the hotel, and the room was incredibly small. The second night, we stayed at the Anlan Hotel inside the resort, which was pricier, but much better value for money since we could enjoy the resort for two days."

"I contacted the hotel in advance to let them know I'd be arriving between 12 AM and 1 AM, and they explicitly said they'd hold a room for me. However, when I arrived late at night, I was directly assigned a leftover room. What's even more ridiculous is that the staff told me during check-in that renovations would start at 9 AM the next morning, guaranteeing a restless night's sleep. Given they knew about the upcoming renovations and the poor room location, they didn't disclose it beforehand, nor did they honor their promise to reserve a room. Overall, a very disappointing experience. If renovations were starting at 9 AM, why didn't they tell me earlier? Where was I supposed to find another hotel at 1 AM?"
