I had provided my preferences in advance, and to my delight, the pillows and amenities I requested were already in my room upon arrival. The service was incredibly responsive. The overall environment is upscale and tasteful, with spacious guest rooms and comfortable bedding. The city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely stunning. They even upgraded me to a larger room for free, which made my stay even more comfortable. Plus, I got a complimentary late checkout, which was a very thoughtful touch. Check-in was quick, and the staff were attentive and polite. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options and tasted delicious – very comprehensive! Parking was convenient too. The hotel staff are exceptionally professional, and the hotel offers great value for money. I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to Changsha!"

It's a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station to the hotel, and it's located at the intersection of Metro Lines 2 and 4, making it a direct 30-minute ride to popular spots like Yuelu Mountain and Taiping Street. The room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing natural light, and the bedding had a lovely, sun-kissed freshness. The child bed rail was already installed when we arrived. The water pressure in the bathroom was incredibly strong, and a bath after a tiring day was wonderfully relaxing. My parents even said this hotel pick was more satisfying than the attractions themselves!"
