A gem of a hotel, close to shops, bars, night life. Hotel staff very helpful and speak English very well. The coffee lounge is a great idea, you can sit and relax and use the facilities at will. The housekeeping is definitely 5 star rating. I recommend this hotel without hesitation , a have/will re book this hotel when I return to the area in a couple of weeks

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at in Changsha, super easy to check in and very clean comfort. As an English speaker it was quick to check in and the hotel is easy to find off the street. About a 5 minute walk to a main metro station and about 15 to the main walking streets. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great too. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel staffs are so accommodating. The hotel location is very convenient in terms of transportation, shopping, restaurants. If I will come back to Changsha I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel's sanitation is very good, clean and tidy, giving people a more assured feeling. The location of the hotel is quiet, shopping is convenient, the surrounding large shopping malls are a little far away, but the taxi is also fast. The hotel sleeps very quietly and the sound is good. The breakfast at the hotel is not bad, it is recommended overall! !

After staying for a few days, the young lady at the front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free. The aunt would come to the room to clean every day, and she could also wash and dry clothes. It was really convenient and the staff were very kind and enthusiastic. The hotel is still opposite the subway, this location is not far away, really super convenient haha

The room is good (over my expectation). Amenities and facilities, breakfast are good. The room has no smoking smell like other hotels so I am quite surprised and really love it. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Location is closed to MRT station. It is very convenient to take the airport bus. It is just in front of the hotel!

This is a very nice hotel at a convenient location. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Guest service is great, the front desk and service people are very polite and helpful. I also like that it has non-smoking rooms, air conditioning runs great. Overall, it’s better than most of the 3-star hotels that I stayed in.

The room type booked this time cannot accommodate an extra bed. There is a parking space at the door.
