Hotele niedaleko Ruby Falls, Chattanooga

It’s a disaster from beginning to end no heating cold showers they where going to change the room opened in people sleeping Mickey Mouse hotel never again, deposit not refunded disgrace . You call the reception they don’t answer . Then they told me to put me in a hotel near by I went with the luggage after they told me the management they don’t want to pay for the other hotel three days non sleep . Never again night mare

Reserved a “RiverView” room that overlooked the parking lot. And in their defense, the river was viewable-ish beyond that, but not what I would have paid extra for. And only more viewable if sitting up on one side of the bed. Overall a strange layout.  Called the front desk and was told no other options were available and that it was classified as “riverview” because it was on the 5th floor.  However, we did enjoy the restaurant and patio space with firepit.

Great very well equipped and spacious room. Bathroom was functional and modern,  relatively compact size though compared to other Home2suites properties. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not match our prior experiences with this chain: par example, orange juice dispenser was broken with no other option of getting the juice, no normal hot breakfast options - only very dry sandwiches (likely due to multiple reheating), only one type of over-sweetened yogurt from dispenser, no decent pastry

Comfortable room. Paid for 2 breakfasts to be included in the booking but still had to pay for them as extra. Good location and value for the hotel, just need to be more clear on what's included in room at time of booking to make sure it's actually included.

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

Would have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

酒店比較老舊，尤其是通鋪地毯有潮味，覺得不乾淨。但它位置很好，停車場大，房間大，服務不錯，早餐也不錯，因為熟悉，我多次住這家。有一次住了旁邊的萬豪酒店，雖豪華但房間小，半夜還報了兩次火警，性價比太低，體驗太差。所以經常住這家。

I thought the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The check in and out was super quick and easy. The breakfast was minimal, but good. They have a waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice. We were happy with it! And we swam in the pool which was small, but nice! It was a good location- about 10 minutes from downtown and easy to get on and off the highway from. I will say the hotel is a little run-down looking, especially our carpet in our room, but it was ok! The TV worked and had enough channels and the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was worth it, I'd say!

I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.
