"Po 5 godzinach jazdy, przy odbiorze kluczy, pracownik recepcji odmówił mi wydania klucza do pokoju, biorąc pod uwagę, że towarzyszyła mi osoba niepełnoletnia i zgodnie z „regulaminą” obiektu nieletnim musi towarzyszyć ich przedstawiciel ustawowy. Tyle że na stronie, na której rezerwowałem ten pokój, nie było takiej informacji, więc znalazłem się „na ulicy z osobą, która mi towarzyszyła”. Musiałem więc zapłacić dodatkowe 20 euro od konkurencji, aby móc zostać na noc. Katastrofalne doświadczenie, odradzam biorąc pod uwagę moje doświadczenie oraz życzliwość i czystość lokalu."

B&B Hotel Marne-la-Vallée Chelles

"Last minute booking for 12 people from the uk that were working at the Paris airshow. This hotel is basic but it’s clean, (we’re a cleaning company so we know) the beds are comfortable and the showers are great. The man on reception was really helpful and friendly. He let us use the restaurant area and the patio to eat and drink food we had bought ourselves in the evening as they don’t have a bar anymore. It’s about 30 minutes to Bourget airport but on the days of airshow it took much longer so bear that in mind if travelling there. There’s a great bar/bistro across the road with lovely food and a Chinese buffet next door. Local supermarket is about 5 minutes drive. Also has the advantage of a gated car park. We would definitely stay again. The cleaner changed the beds and towels every day and did a great job."

Campanile NATURE - Marne La Vallée - Chelles

"From start hotel staff looked at us like sh×× becuase we were english! Ask queations to be told dont understand. Rooms are nothing like the photos breakfast was a waste of time. Id avoid hotel at all coast as everyone in is rude and cant be assed to help you when u need any assidents. Id much rsther of had a tent a put up out side and slept in that! Not worth the money only worth 5 quid a night of anyones money. I wouldnt booked this hotel ever again. I am very disqusted buy the way we got treated and i will be taking this further!"

"Zniszczony pokój, system kart parkingowych i pokój działa co drugi raz. Personel sprzątający wyrzucił nas o 10:40, mimo że wymeldowanie odbywa się o 11:00. Pomieszczenia wspólne nie są zbyt czyste, a na pierwszym piętrze śmierdzi papierosami. Schody śmierdzą moczem, brakuje farby na podłodze i ścianach i naprawdę wcale nie są czyste. Personel nie prowadzi spójnego dyskursu w sprawie zwrotu kaucji. Śniadania dość drogie jak na zawartość, bez wędlin, owoców, serów. Dostępne rogalik, farba, płatki zbożowe, kompot jogurtowy. Brakuje minuty postoju na odbiór karty do pokoju i na parking."

"DO NOT STAY HERE, it’s dirty, smelly, not clean, noisy, hot, unsafe I left and moved hotels in the middle of the night, all you could hear is kids running around, lots of other weird noises, it’s worse than budget, my kids said they’d rather sleep in the car than stay here Budget but still cost €83, you’re better off paying an extra €50 somewhere else and feeling safe with your family "
