I have stayed here many times. It is very close to West China Hospital and very convenient. It only takes five minutes to walk from the back door of the hotel. The hotel is very unique. The red lanterns on the exterior can be seen from a distance. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly. The room is large and the bed is spacious, with phalaenopsis blooming and drinks flowing freely. The breakfast is rich and includes cheese, which many hotels don't have. The refreshments on the 27th floor are comfortable and cozy, especially the lanterns on the small balcony are very beautiful. Overall, I recommend it, like it and will come back next time.

We stayed in JinJiang for 4 nights from Oct. 17 to Oct. 22, 2023. We were so happy to choose this Hotel. The stuff of Hotel was very warm and helpful. Specially, Ms. Camille Feng, she helped us to change the rooms and give us very good suggestions for our stay; Ms. Xu Bin had very beautiful smile and gave us warm welcome. Room service persons, Rick Ren and Shang Ya Qiong provided excellent service for us. Moreover, VIP lounge at 27 floor is a such good place for guests to relax and meet friends, with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Chengdu JinJiang hotel's VIP rooms are truly 5 star qualities. Also, its breakfast is very good and more affordable, comparing with other 5 star hotels.

Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Overall I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is new and the decor is very comfortable and the cleaning ladies are really really good at their job. The hotel takes client complaints seriously and tried to fix the problem quickly. The one major discomfort was what other reviews have also mentioned is that there is no air conditioning. The room stayed at 27-28 degrees even with the cooling fan they provided and with the window open. When I called the front desk she said because of the change in weather, they have clients asking for the heat to be turned on which I find hard to believe. The room never felt cold. My mom and I had trouble sleeping every night as we would wake up in sweat and we booked for 6 nights.
