Location is very strategic, just a few steps to Luomashi metro station. Room is comfortable, room facilities seems quite old but overall comfortable to stay. Toilet has bathtub and shampoo is branded (Elemis). Thanks for providing a good stay!

The room was splendid. Offered a decent city view. Cleanliness was top notch. There were complimentary bottles of water, which was very handy for travelers around the city like me during the summer. The hotel offered breakfast with a good variety of Chinese and English breakfast foods. The staff at the restaurant was welcoming offered to pack the breakfast for those who had to leave early in the morning. The only negative was the long waiting times to check in.

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

Very nice hotel for its value. The hotel located in the center of Chengdu. There is a huge public hospital nearby and every is very close. Staff and front desks are very helpful. One thing I don’t like is smoking smells. Even in nonsmoking rooms they have lighter and ashtray prepared on the desk. I don’t know why? But other than that it is great place to stay with the price it offers.

Great experience. The hotel was very accommodating and went out of the way to prepare for our visit. Definitely recommend it to others who are visiting Chengdu.

Overall, services are excellent! Starting from reception, breakfast cafe, horizon club, house keeping, all staff we met are friendly, attentive and responsive. Special credits to the house keeping lady and male manager who took charge at the horizon club. We stayed at Shangrila Chengdu from 27 Dec - 31 Dec 2023. Highly recommended!!

The location is good. I wanted to book using Accor but the hotel is very slow to respond to my requests. The reception counter is very busy but still efficient. However, some of the reception can be less helpful when I have problem with my package sent to the hotel. Breakfast area is too small and is very crowded even after 0930. The cheese provided is very bad, and the noodles station is overwhelmed and I didn`t managed to place my order. The lift is slow, and there is jam during breakfast peak. I did not have time for tea, and was able to get good ice creams instead. The checkout process is very smooth, special mention to Nu Nu who gave me souvenir and check in with me on my stay.

Exceptional service and friendly staff. Immaculate rooms with good view .Delicious breakfast options. Prime location for exploring the city. Comfy beds for a restful night’s sleep. Efficient check-in and check-out. Clean and well-maintained facilities. A truly enjoyable stay.

I absolutely love this hotel for the following reasons ! 1. It’s so beautiful, it totally fulfills my fantasy of staying in a historical building in an ancient dynasty time and being a rich Chinese girl . 2. The Location is so very convenient, and I love this entire neighborhood. Very close to the temple. 3. It is very clean and quiet. 4. The technology in room ! They got JBL horizon speaker, and something like Alexa. Last but not least !!! 5. I love meeting my new friends from the bar! The drink was delicious and delicate ! And the girls I met are so friendly and fun to hang out with! Oh and they have good breakfast selections, too. I am highly recommended this hotel, if you are bored with hotel chain ! The only thing is hard for foreigners is communication, the employees don’t really speak English, but they are very friendly and helpful tho! I wish I will go back to this hotel soon !
