Hotele w: A red building/Pleasure City business district, Chengdu

We stayed here for one month and could not be more satisfied! The staff was very friendly and helpful with excellent service. Also a very good breakfast with many choices. We loved that the hotel is near to a metro station

The hotel staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. They went above and beyond by providing extra toiletries upon request and even extended my checkout time without any hassle. As a thoughtful gesture, they surprised me with souvenirs at checkout, which made my experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hospitality!

Room is clean and tidy, we paid only 49RMB for 2 days breakfast for two people plus upgraded our room with bigger size - very affordable! The front desk is very thoughtful enough and gave me warm water before we left in the chill morning. Overall it's a very good experience. Plus there is free washing machines and dryers and we can tell how many of them are available to use from our room TV - very convenient. When we ordered the food for delivery, it's very cute that the robot send it to me right at my door.

The hotel chain Crystal Orange is my absolute favorite. We have stayed in various locations already. This hotel in Chengdu was as nice if not nicer than the others. The staff is lovely and gave us a room on the highest floor. They also let us check out one hour later and we got some fruits in the room. As always, we had an incredible experience, I can highly recommend it. Thanks to the team!

Bed sheets were itchy and no alternatives were offered. Most like issue with the detergent causing an allergic reaction. Hotel lobby was filthy asf. This lack of cleanliness made it hard to relax or feel comfortable during the stay. I brought up the issue with the front desk, but the response was lukewarm at best- no solution offered.

Good hotel to stay, nearby amenities and breakfast is great. On my 4th night, I have placed the sustainability card to request for linen change but it was not done for room 1001. Not a complain but just curious why room is tidied and the card was placed on bed without changing, coming from a guest in the same industry. I do understand of the third night change policy.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Wuhou and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would especially like to commend the front desk staff, particularly a lady named Amy from the Front Office Department. She was very professional, courteous, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, and a great location makes it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

My partner and I came to Chengdu for a short vacation and decided to try out a new hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised by the Hilton Garden Inn Tianjie! ✨ Downstairs, you're right in the heart of Tianjie with endless shopping and dining options. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast, soaking in the wonderful atmosphere. Even though it's a new hotel, the cleanliness was excellent, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The gym and laundry room were both well-equipped. Check-in was very fast too. We had such a relaxing time together. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends!

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Chengdu Huaxi for medical treatment. I found it on Ctrip, searching for newly opened hotels. It's conveniently located, not too far from the hospital. The hotel facilities are good, and the service is excellent. A staff member came downstairs to help me with my luggage and even returned my power bank for me. I had a pleasant stay, and breakfast was delivered to my room. It was a very enjoyable trip!

真的特別好，瑕不掩瑜，衞生做的特別乾淨仔細，方方面面實在是太用心了。早餐的東西也不是差的，山葯是鐵棍，紅薯是西瓜紅，真的挺好。細節體現品質。推薦。服務人員超級有禮貌。前台也貼心。性價比王者。
