前台有個小姐姐辦事非常給力，名字忘記記了，房間打掃得非常徹底，床品親膚無異味，對於我們這種需要早起辦事的人來説，安靜的環境和舒適的床墊太重要了。地理位置優越，周邊交通便利，無論是去辦事還是覓食都很方便。2026馬年第一站就如此順心，必須五星好評，下次來還會選這裏！

衞生：非常乾淨 整潔 給人一種眼前一亮的感覺 環境：房間非常寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適 環境乾淨，採光好，睡的很好 整體很舒服 服務：前台小姐姐非常貼心，熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，解決問題及時，説話非常温柔 設施：酒店有機器人，非常便捷網絡超快 還有豐富的早餐 搭配屬實一絕 大廚做的也很好吃 我一定要給這家酒店大大的好評!內部環境優雅 房間保持乾淨整潔，能看出細節上很用心，餐廳味道很好，選擇也很豐富。服務更是貼心周到,讓我感受到了家一般的温暖。以後還會再來往。

也是很超水準的全季。因為到店晚，前台一直在等待，安排好同層房間，準備好長者和孩子的特殊用品。第二天早上衹有長者起來用早餐，工作人員還貼心的打包了我們三口的早餐和咖啡。因為時間緊，沒有拍房間照片，在保定短暫停留也留下了温暖的記憶

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

第一次來保定，本來開始是選擇了一家大牌連鎖酒店，但看到差評太多，果斷退掉，選擇了他家真心不錯，沒有踩雷，整體裝修現代簡約大氣，房間乾淨明亮，床品潔白，潔具衞生，住着很舒服。設施齊全好用，網絡流暢，服務人員態度很好，辦理入住退房都很快，早餐是中西式結合的，菜品豐富味道好，還有當地特色牛罩，餛飩，粥品，豆漿牛奶西紅柿麪，各種涼菜熱菜，小糕點，水果，種類挺全的，性價比高，有一點建議，把家庭房的大床再加寬些就更棒了，好評好評，強烈推薦給出行旅遊或着出差的朋友們。
