Hotele w: Jinniu Wanda Plaza/ChengDu Zoo, Chengdu

Very spacious with modern and well thought-out fixtures and amenities. Not right in the middle of city but there is metro stop right under the building. Great experience! We really enjoyed our stay :)

Everything is perfect, the staffs here are so friendly and supportive. Room was so clean and splendid when i got there. 10/10 if I got chance to go back to Chengdu again I would definitely stay in this hotel again

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the location was good — with excellent food stalls and a corner shop right outside, metro and bus is also easily accessible. Great view from the hotel room and really good beds. Don’t drop anything under you sofa, though. They do not clean there more than twice a year, hehe. For the price we paid, the hotel was “good enough,” but it felt old and not well cleaned. The elevator looked very worn. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast — honestly the worst we’ve had in two weeks in China. Cereal was served but with no milk (only warm milk from a machine), coffee was available but there was no water, no juice, no tea — nothing else to drink except lukewarm water or coffee. The food was all white, yellow or brown, greasy and highly processed. Dirty and ash tray in the windowsill. They say kids eat for free, but the breakfast lady still took all four of our food tickets (perhaps because our Nordic kids are tall). In the end, they could barely eat more than a bite. Thankfully, the street food outside was fantastic and saved our mornings. Kind staff and good location, but the hotel itself needs better cleaning and a complete rethink of the breakfast.

If I could, I would give this hotel 6 stars out of 5. The service is excellent! They helped us with every request. The room was very clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed. We were especially impressed with the Chinese-style toilet in a standard room — that was such a unique experience! The location is great: just a 10-minute walk to the subway, with lots of shops and cafés nearby. Free water is available everywhere — in the room, the gym, and at the reception. They even have a free washing machine and dryer, as well as complimentary liquid detergent. On the last day of our vacation, we extended our stay until 20:00. But since our flight was delayed, we asked if we could stay longer. We eventually checked out around 22:00, and they didn’t ask for any extra charges at all. Unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures of the room — I only took a photo of the robot that delivers food to the rooms. But the room looks exactly like in the photos on Trip.com, 100% match. Overall, everything was perfect, and the price was also amazing. I’m very happy, and if I ever have the opportunity again, I will definitely choose this hotel! Thank you so much 🩷🩷🩷

We like the layout of the hotel and the voice controlled toilet seat. The room is clean and comfortable. The night shift staff was rather rude when we called them for a hair dryer which was missing from the room. The night shift staff also rolled her eyes at us when we approached her concerning the mini bar. The day shift staff was much more helpful. Local breakfast was good, but the cream cakes were stale.

Really nice place, with nice friendly staff! Room was clean and with good breakfast. We stayed here for a night but everything was as it was supposed to be. Furthermore, the staff was so nice they gave us a pink Panda.

Every time I come to Chengdu, I live in Enzo, and the price is super high! The front desk is very enthusiastic, and any questions will be answered at any time. The cleaning aunt replaces and replenishes items in time. The room is very clean, the relevant facilities are very complete, there are air conditioning, washing machine, small refrigerator, projector, and machine hemp ～ The experience is superb (๑•̀ㅂ•́) و✧

This stay experience directly exceeded expectations! The room is very spacious, the big bed is particularly comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and the pillows are moderately hard and soft. The overall decoration is simple and gentle, the color matching looks very healing, the two lounge chairs by the window are super light, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view, and you can see the green plant viaduct outside, quiet and not noisy. Health is in place, there is no dust on the ground, bedding, corners, complete facilities, bedside table sockets, remote control, slippers are all available. The overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, the price is very high, the first choice for travel accommodation, will stay here next time!

This location is ideal since it is very close to a subway station and is close to panda sanctuary by taxi. The room is not large but not small...it is in a tall building and is ideal for singles or couples but not family.prices are reasonable.
