I would like to thank the hotel staff Wendy（赵颖）, during our recent stay at the hotel. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism truly made our holiday in China memorable and pleasant. On the day of our departure, it was raining heavily when we checked out. Wendy went out of her way to assist us —*holding an umbrella and escorting us to our cab so that we would not get wet. This small yet heartfelt gesture perfectly reflected her dedication and kindness. Wendy’s actions went far beyond what we expected. Her warmth, initiative, and genuine concern turned what could have been a simple hotel stay into an experience we will always remember fondly. Employees like Wendy truly embody the spirit of hospitality and represent your hotel at its very best.

If you need to be in Xiaguan district of Dali, then this is a good option. It is convenient to get to both the airport and train station. Many restaurants and a decent shopping center. Wifi is good. water pressure is good

Location : near in Earhai lake. Convenient public transport, just outside the building. Few steps away night market, you’ll not get hungry even in the middle of the night. Conveniently store is near & pharmacy and etc. 👍 Hotel : room was huge, very clean , super clean, no smell of smoke. I was in 9th floor.🥹 they have a small gym, I used it during my first night, they also have children playground. Breakfast wise, they have fruits, and etc. unlimited popcorn and tea. Free pick up & drop off 🥹 staff doesn’t speak English but they have apple translate to communicate & WeChat. They are very responsive.My view was fantastic 🤩 every day cleaning as well. I love my stay here, as a female solo traveller it was amazingly beautiful stay. With the price I paid, it was worth every penny 🫶 They also offered free bicycle I was supposed to borrow but my time was constricted. 💯 recommended 👍

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Train Station This hotel was a great choice for my trip—super convenient, especially being so close to the train station. It made getting around really easy, whether arriving late or heading out early. One of the highlights was how accessible halal food was in the area. There were several halal restaurants just a short walk away, offering a variety of tasty and authentic options. It made dining stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly staff who were helpful throughout my stay. Perfect for travelers looking for ease, comfort, and good food nearby.

This is the only hotel review I've ever written, and it's definitely not one of those 'scan a QR code for a free gift' type of reviews. I want to share my genuine experience. For our family trip to Yunnan with my parents and children, this was by far the most satisfying hotel we stayed in. It's not necessarily about the top-notch hardware, but the service is absolutely first-class. As soon as we arrived, they were there to pick us up, helping with all five of our suitcases. At the front desk, they immediately gave toys to the kids. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic. Because we were traveling with children, it can be a bit more complicated, but the hotel went above and beyond, installing safety rails and even helping to put duvet covers on. When we left, they even gave us complimentary flower cakes. In short, I believe this is how a hotel should be. While the facilities might not be five-star, the service definitely is five-star quality. I'm not a shill; I've been to Dali several times. For a family with children on vacation, the most important things are quietness, cleanliness, a homely feeling, and mutual understanding. That's enough. Keep up the great work, and by continually refining the details, you'll be even better. I will definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. My experience in the standard room last time was excellent, and this time, with friends, we booked a room for playing cards and mahjong. Checking in again felt like coming home. The hotel truly shows attention to detail in every aspect. The staff noticed we wanted to play cards and proactively replenished drinking water and disposable teacups; after sitting for a while, we casually mentioned needing cushions, and the staff quickly brought them. The room was impeccably clean, the card equipment was brand new, and the hot water and bedding were all in perfect condition. The service is full of thoughtful little details, especially the receptionist, who is always smiling and very welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel is truly a hidden gem, a top choice for any trip to Dali!

這次和朋友來大理玩，很滿意的入住體驗分享，公共區域很大，環境很好，前台服務也好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，因為入住的時間比較晚 還幫免費延時退房了，很不錯，有免費礦泉水水果和飲料，房間空間大，最好的一點就是這個房型的床可以拼接成一張大床很喜歡，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，早餐也很棒，還有自助洗衣房，在市中心出行也很方便，非常推薦。

The hotel is conveniently located about 200 meters from Dali's famous influencer bridge. There's a local fresh market right next to it, so you can grab a quick bite in the morning, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. The rooms are comparable to a Home Inn or Super 8, maybe even a bit better. Just a heads up, one side of the hotel faces a building very closely, so the view might be obstructed. The only downside is the lack of a private parking lot; you'll need to use the paid parking at the nearby market. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good.

Pros: Near shopping mall and amenities, plenty of restaurants and grocery and clothes to shop Cars can stop directly outside the hotel for drop off and pick up Room is spacious Good hot water shower. Hot water boils very fast and last very long. Bed is very comfy Cons: Not a foreigner friendly hotel Wifi cannot be linked as the wifi uses wechat verification Hotel desk phone unable to use, need to call reception using local number, which will be international call for foreigners Our wall plug was faulty on both side beds. Toilet is not segregated so can smell and hear everything thats happening in the toilet. We had to buy our own air freshener if not we can smell it from our bed. Likewise the cold wind will come in when showering. The shower floor is mosaic tiles, quite sharp if showering barefooted. The curtains cannot close fully. Will have a gap and light coming in from outside at night. Theres a whooshing sound coming from the corridor due to strong wind. Can be heard throughout the night. The light switches are everywhere. Not consolidated into 1 place. Need to move to 3 different light switch areas to switch off different lights. Design is very not user friendly, doesnt make sense at all infact. Main room light is by the second bed, switch off all light button beside first bed. Laundry area was provided but dryer was not working. Clothes unable to dry in cold weather Does not have a non-smoking level Our toilet has a string of poop stuck at the pipe. No matter how many times we flush we can still see it.

Great location! Super short walk from the metro station on flat ground. Service was good too. They offered hot tea upon check in and even upgraded us. Upon check out, they gave us a goodie bag that had yunnan coffee, snacks and a hand lotion that came in very handy due to the dry winter.
