"Anniversary away break. Location on edge of Chester close to motorway. Nice grounds, busy carpark and popular venue for parties and business guests. Carpet on second floor dirty and smells. Sink kept blocking because plug holes full of scum. Toilet seat incorrect size and not secured properly. Bed comfortable, nice towels tea and instant coffee and bottles of water in room. Breakfast nice selection BUT no fresh decaffeinated coffee only instant granules yuk!!! Nothing worse than awful coffee!!! With so many decent decaffeinated options available and customers not drinking caffeine this is totally unacceptable."

Hosts went above and beyond even leaving me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Chester Tips Apartment is over 3 floors so may not be great for anyone with mobility issues and similarly parking is around a 10 minute walk away"

As we were leaving for town he even gave us recommendations on where to visit in the city centre post races. The breakfast the next morning was lovely, can't go wrong for a premier inn. "What a lovely and efficient place to stay. Regular emails to ensure my arrival was easy. I arrived late, had instructions where to find room, key and parking. Clean and tidy. Good strong shower. What’s not to like. Very pleasant Italian restaurant half a mile down the road. Similarly on early leaving next day, I had instructions where to leave key and off I went. Added bonus that where I needed to be was only five minutes away! Wish I’d been there the two nights I was in Chester, but had grotty hotel booked already which really highlighted how lovely this place was. Thankyou"
