"⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay Stayed for 7 nights and wouldn’t return. Wi‑Fi only provides 30 minutes per day and didn’t work at all during my stay. When I asked Vanessa (Assistant Manager) for help, she was abrupt and told me to call the number on the key card wallet. Reception is only open 10am and 3pm, so getting assistance is difficult. Room cleanliness was unacceptable. There were ***** hairs on the toilet floor. When I reported it, Vanessa was rude and claimed I “didn’t mention it earlier”, even though I only noticed it later when I returned to the room. She said it would be cleaned, but it wasn’t. There was also dirty water residue left in the shower. There is no door sign to request room cleaning, so the bed linen wasn’t changed and the toilet wasn’t cleaned for the entire week. Being able to top up towels doesn’t justify the £100 per night price. Corridor doors had broken soft‑closing mechanisms, and guests were smoking in their rooms, which wasn’t addressed. On the positive side, Josh and Caitlin were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, poor cleanliness, poor service, and not worth the cost."

Skończyło się na tym, że spałem w samochodzie. Wróciłem jednak do pokoju o 5 rano, nadal było absurdalnie ciepło. Byłem zaskoczony, że w tym hotelu nie było klimatyzacji."

"Dla 2 osób jest doskonały dla 3 osób lubi być zdradzony. Zarezerwowałem dla 3 osób zakwaterowanie, które było wyższe ceny pobytu dla 2 osób. Otrzymałem pocztę z hotelu, że dla osoby trzeciej potrzebne dodatkowe łóżko, nie prosiłem. kiedy sprawdziliśmy, zdaliśmy sobie sprawę, że tak zwane łóżko tam było. Na tym wiosenny łóżku zwijania nikt nie może spać, ponieważ nie był zrównoważony i musiał się położyć. w rzeczywistości upadłem, a następnie postanowiłem nie spać na tym. Później zdałem sobie sprawę, że hotel wykrył dodatkowe 25 GBP. co było/nie jest uzasadnione. produkt, którego nie używałem, Hotel narzuca mi i zmusza mnie do zapłaty."

"I have been travelling the length and breadth of the UK for ＞7 years and this accommodation and experience has been the best of all without exception. Having a self contained Annex with lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen is a far better experience than paying twice the price to stay in an anonymous 4star Hotel room with potentially noisy neighbours etc. Dining out options are good in the local area, but if you have spare time the kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal."
